Beautiful markings! I also like your favorite hen at 11:50. I like to see some white on the front of the wings. Nice checks. Nice markings on the head. I like birds that don't have an exact perfected pattern. Most of yours have really attractive patterns. If just one of them was in a flock of wild gray pigeons, yours would stand out like a gem.
Hi potty. Nice rollers mate always nice to see birds kept in good condition. I used to keep rollers my self when I was younger but I went over to the dark side and started flying peregrine falcons. And I can tell you it is a Falconers worst nightmare for his bird to start chasing pigeons. It only will end up in a lost bird . I still like my pigeons even though it's been 27 years since I stopped . Over here we have the red kites coming in and been a pain with the bird , it's never easy is it .
Wow - beautiful birds! Looks like a great set-up too. When I watch them fly some seem to fall for a bit then recover and back up they go - maybe they are just playing? Thanks for sharing!
+Rick Rabjohn Thanks Rick, Thats why they are called roller pigeons mate, when they are falling they are actually rolling down hard to see unless in slow motion.
Are you doing any new pigeon videos? There great!! Brings back so many memories😊 i still remember getting my first pair!! Got them from a nabour, must of drove him mad😡 knocking back in for my birds back😂 he never complained tho🙂 great hobby id love to get back into in? I've learned so much from you!! Thanks keep them coming👍
I found this black pigeon with white tail feathers wandering around a parking lot. It didn't fly ... just walked all around. It walked right over to me and pecked on my shoe. Some lady told me she saw some one drop the bird off. I don't understand why a person would do that. Anyway, I caught the bird, brought it home, built a cage and then went on line to see if it was a pigeon and what kind. Apparently it's a Roller. That started the ball rolling! I found your videos and am absolutely fascinated with these birds. How should I start out? Should I buy 2 or 3 pairs to get started? Should I wait until spring? Thanks for the reply.
+ppotty1 Is your family of birds related to Heine Bijker? They look very similar. It's seems like the birds from the over there are a little better than the birds in the states
ok thanx mate I think they are all exellent pigeons u have I'm from Bradford & I'm gna get a pair just a bit off Hoby but I was after deono forster strain
Nice pigeons you have their. Do Pigeons require AC or fan for the summer and also do they need a heater for the snow season ? I am about to get some birds in my patio area. Tnxs
Hi Pigeons are pretty tough birds they require dry and clean housing to thrive, can cope with low temperatures but avoid too much heat and direct sun if they are caged.
The birds will breed well in the boxes in the video ideally they would be better 15 inch high 4 foot long and 2 feet deep if you want to keep the birds locked in. cheers
I have a 8ft long, 4ft in width, 8ft in height chicken coop. How many breeding pairs of pigeons can i keep with three chickens in this, with room to keep some babies?
Hello sir evening. I have an enquiry, I have a breed of galati roller I have spoken to you before, I am trying to subscribe to a roller pigeon club. I live in Sussex Brighton area and I find it quite difficult to get in touch with other pigeons fancier I would like to introduce this breed around here
+Florentin Baciu Hi There, There are quite a few roller pigeon groups on facebook some you have to join some are open to anyone just join in with those guys and ask if anyone else in your area. Cheers.

Hi Paul, yes Nature has a habit of messing things up, the rollers are just to easy for the peregrine sadly.
