    Brooke is the whole package. Talent, smarts, and great story with her sister on the bag. glad to see her win. Imagine that is not going to be her only win this season. Pleasure to watch her crush those drives.

    I'm loving watching the LPGA highlights at the moment. Not one single yobo to be heard yelling "in the hole" or "you the man". What a refreshing change :)

    God bless our Valley Girl ❤️🇨🇦

    • @John-gv2ug
      @John-gv2ug 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Which CANADIAN Valley exactly? Also, Brooke owns and has developed her talents, poise etc, she doesn't need you to try and call up a blessing from a Judaeo/Christian mythical being.

    • @John-gv2ug
      @John-gv2ug 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lanceb. No problem with that at all. Just stating the facts of where her abilities originate. She may, as many believers do, credit their faith as a major element in their motivation to succeed. The fact is that she had her athletic abilities before her parents made her aware of any "God". This obsession with "God given talent" is unfounded. Which "God" exactly, as the Judaeo/Christian version doesn't command the faith of the majority of people around the world who believe in higher powers? What about the talented people who don't hold religious beliefs? What about the multi millions of those who do and don't believe who have no special talents? Simple answer. It isn't some kind of spiritual lottery, it is a combination of genetics, interest, opportunity, dedication, desire and pure hard work.

    • @John-gv2ug
      @John-gv2ug 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lanceb. You can't beat the truth. Humans have invented characters and stories for thousands of years to try and explain the world around them that they did not understand. Did it provide answer? No. Zoroastrians, Egyptians, Sumerians, Babylonians, Assyrians, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Hindus, Buddhists, Taoists, Shinto, Hebrews, Christians, Muslims etc. Version after version because none provided answers only the same complicated world and billions of unanswered prayers. In the meantime, some more intelligent observers looked at the natural world and human societies, not just the heavens and science was developed. Since then science not religious faith has provided the answers. Did the Old Testament God give Moses a lecture in Physics, Chemistry and Biology so that he could better understand the Universe? No, only some very strange and harsh rules about behaviour according to the stories. That is because those who wrote the stories had no understanding of the natural workings of the Universe. Simple question for you and all believers. When you have a medical issue that requires an operation what do you do? Go to a church or temple? Stay home and pray? Seek assistance from doctors and a hospital? Medical science provides the best chance of dealing with such issues not faith and prayer. PS A "Christian name" is only a western term describing first names which individuals had long before Christianity came on the scene. Yet another Christian attempt to claim something that was not originated by them (Just like their God (Judaic) and the idea about being nice to people). Many Christians don't even know that, even if there was an historical Jesus (which has yet to be conclusively proven) he would have been a Jew and would physically bear no resemblance to the images that have been produced for hundreds of years. The writings about this mythical individuals don't agree on certain supposed events and there is a fair gap in the story between being born and turning up as a preacher. So, not really enough information there to be confident about. One more question for great believers like you. When an army with Christian beliefs fights another army with Christian beliefs (i.e. Western European Roman Christians attacking the Orthodox Christians of Constantinople in 1203), who does your God support then? Yet again, there are more people in the world that aren't Christian than those who are. The best and worst in our world is human not divine and diseases etc are an unfortunate part of nature. That is of course unless you want to acknowledge that your great "God", who supposedly created everything, is responsible for them as well as the butterflies and rainbows. However Christians always seemed to gloss over these facts with the standard "The Lord moves in mysterious ways" and "It is all part of His plan". Looking objectively, they make for very strange ways and a cruel and weird plan. Spoiler for you, "God" didn't invent golf either ( Golf is in fact a topic I know something about, my father and grandfather were both professionals).

      @@John-gv2ug Why don’t you come and make me or f. 0ff! If I want your pathetically irrelevant opinion, I’ll rattle my zipper, Princess! I don’t need your fucking permission, approval OR validation for ANYTHING! And don’t forget it! Get over yourself you embarrassingly desperate, juvenile, laughable fuck! 😂😂😂

    • @John-gv2ug

      @@lanceb. 1/ The comments I have made don't relate specifically to Miss Henderson but to the erroneous comment made about the origin of her abilities. 2/ If scientific developments are proof of a "creator ", why wasn't any scientific knowledge imparted to all the supposedly great prophets? Why has it taken thousands of years of study, trial and error to build up a store of knowledge if the "creator" had all the answers all the time? 3/ If there was "divine intervention" to stop Hitler it came somewhat late for millions of people including the "chosen" Hebrews. Or maybe the Old Testament "God" forgot about his chosen people after his New Testament Christian PR makeover? If your "creator" could stop Hitler why wasn't there any prevention in countless battles/wars in the preceding thousands of years? Simply selective religious justification which is often the case. 4/ I am fortunate enough to live in a nation that is very stable but sadly was invaded once to huge personal cost for the indigenous population. However, slow progress has been made to make amends as far as they can be improved. It is politically stable (no clowns have been elected to high political office, unlike the USA) and elections are run by one independent commission, the crime rate is relatively low by modern standards, the firearms control laws are among the best in the world, education, health care ( government funded so private insurance is helpful but not essential) and scientific research are all excellent and given a high priority in society (which is probably the most multi-cultural current example). Not problem free but nowhere is, but certainly much more peaceful and prosperous than many nations thanks to the ongoing hard work of the population (not any God, at the last census 39% stated no religious affiliation compared to 26% in the USA). PS "Wether" is a castrated sheep, on "either/or" which is what you presumably meant. Take care.

      How did she get into the US from Canada? Why are they not wearing masks? Why are they not social distancing? How is hitting a little white ball around the grass more essential then real jobs? Seems like life is back to normal all across America why Canadians are being jailed in their homes and threats of concentration camps by their dictator. Really getting tired of special rules for people with meaningless jobs.

    Putting is the problem - many more wins if we can improve this aspect of the game - I think a depth perception problem - the flagstick left in the hole would help - my opinion! Great win.

      She's had 7 months off . And that was the least trusted club . With more practice she will get in the grove. You don't win and go 17 under if you can't putt. But yes she will get better at reading greens again with more practice. Seven months is a long layoff.
