Park was imprached be ause she built a wayer park for children. Sad how lithle things bring down dodn workers. Why impesch Park over a childrens water park ?
Democracy is saved and there is still ling road ahead, but it gives a huge relief. We need to see Yoon getting handcuffed and put into a jail and make sure he never come out.
Korea is a politically deeply divided country, and I am an average Korean "sitting on the fence." On one side, there is a growing trend among many young Koreans to mindlessly follow a far-left ideology that is pro-China, pro-North Korea, and pro-Russia. On the other hand, the older generation, who lived through the brutal realities of communism, holds a different view. A former high-ranking U.S. officer once remarked that Koreans sometimes behave like lemmings, blindly following a dangerous path. The mass media, including newspapers and broadcasting systems infiltrated by Chinese and North Korean spies, are largely responsible for this. I can see a group of misguided individuals, fed with far-left propaganda, leading Korea on a reckless march toward disaster. If these foreign spies are not dealt with urgently, there will surely be a catastrophic impact on the freedom-loving nation of Korea, with lasting consequences for the rest of the world. The United States will see the collapse of the trilateral US-Korea-Japan alliance, weakening resistance against Chinese imperialism. And we will witness the fall of democracy in Asia. Europe must wake up to the reality that China is behind Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and Korea is a crucial Western partner in defending Europe. As you may have heard, President Yoon has been impeached-don’t be alarmed. This is not the end; it is a new beginning. President Yoon chose to fight for the future of the Korean people, rather than seeking the comfort of presidential privilege. What President Yoon stands for will ultimately prevail. If Korea continues along its current path, it will be facing a dire future characterized by either a total economic collapse or the threat of a devastating war between the U.S. and China in East Asia, which would affect every nation. The consequences of these developments will impact you as well.
As of today, 11% hold your and Yoon's anachronistic anti-communist view. If 11% vs. 89% is a deep divide, then every country is "deeply divided". I'd say you are rather marginalized.
One would think you support Martial law because the citizens seem to be “far left”… doesn’t seem very fence-sitting to me💁🏾♀️. Anyways Yoon called Martial law due to political grid-lock, now imagine if that was democracy for all nations, even your previous US would be in martial law by that standards politicians are meant to represent the public not reactionary to their perceived enemies- internal or external
Korean democracy is an inspiration for the world. Respect and admiration for the Korean people
