Add half listerine and half apple cider vinegar into a spray bottle. Spray feet and then put them up to air dry and repeat daily. By two weeks you'll see an improvement. It works. No more itching!

I goth rid of my athlete's foot very quick by using antifungal cream. I bought it at my local drugstore. After my wounds started to heal and the itching stopped. I stopped using the antifungal cream on a daily base, started wearing slippers the whole time to keep my feet from getting sweaty(damp). I also used talcum powder. Talcum powder is used for babies. It absorbs moisture well and that makes it useful for keeping skin dry. This wil prevent you from getting athlete's foot again, because the fungus thrives in warm, moist environments. This worked for mef and I hope it does for you too.

@@emorylurch4704 Wrong. In its natural raw form talc can cause cancer due to the inhalation of absestos or magnesium silicate which in turn increases the risk of getting cancer. Modern talc presumably speaking 2004ish to now have all been modernized and through daily inspections you can be rest assured prominent name brands like J&J ect. will deliver you a safe experience with talc that has no absestos in it. When it comes to vaginal use, talc increases the chance of vaginal cancer by a small percent. This is primarily due to multiple decades of use and buildup of talc in deep vaginal tissue which can then mutate cells and lead to the replication of cancer. You have a far higher chance of getting any kind of cancer just breathing the horrible pollution that is EVERYWHERE in the world. Soon health officials will realize that pollution kills dozens of thousands of people each year in the US. They already have a few people who on their death certificate cause of death was pollution. In china the expected amount of people who die from pollution each year exceeded one million. Let that sink in.

    Hi All,
I don't know who needs to read this, but I recently got rid of athlete's foot after 6 months. It was in the middle of the sole of my right feet. You can follow this-
    1. Clean your feet and affected area properly and let it dry.
    2. Then taken a cotton soaked in savlon or Dettol and rub it for 60-90 seconds. (you get to itch it this way😅)
Let it dry for 10 seconds.
    3. Then rub and apply 'Quadriderm RF Cream' (Formula as on the packaging box: Beclomethasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole and Neomycin Cream)
    4. Do it twice a day.
I followed this for a week and results are extremely good for me. It never itched again and it's healing.
    DO'S & DON'TS:
    1. Do not itch it with nails or any sharp object. You are only worsening the infection for momentarily relief. Instead, whenever it itches, take a cotton soaked in savlon or Dettol and rub it on infected area to get relief.
    2. Keep your feet 🐾 clean and dry all the time.
Give a like so that I know it worked for you too. 😊

I've been using Apple cider vinegar in a foot bath...Soaking my feet in for at least 20 mins...Drying my feet properly especially between toes than applying a light coating of Vicks vapo rub...Within a couple of days I started seeing a difference in the change of colour between my toes, my skin went totally white, I had a severe itch and nerve type of pain in n around my toes affecting the top of my feet aswell...My skin was becoming extremely tight, I felt like my skin would split...Within the first few days my skin relaxed...A week later I am not totally clear of the infection but it's getting there...Tried over the counter spray didn't do anything...Please give this a try...

Some people will never go barefoot so the change of socks for such individuals is a good idea. If you can go barefoot that is great. Keeps the feet aired and dry. Just be aware that the spores from tinea pedis can remain on flooring to potentially cause reinfection.

The community is trying to find frugal and practical things, not to go back to the "obvious" things that medical companies are touting -- or just do that -- or get what the doctor needs to sell (promote) to keep up his stock options. ------------------------- Effective household items are: Vinegar AC or distilled, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, and Listerine in a spray bottle. Use sparingly due to the cost. Experiment with the basics, then move on.

Soak your feet in a shallow foot bath of water and plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar for 1/2 hour and/or dribble plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar over each foot and rub in and just let soak in and dry naturally. Avoid too much sugar intake as it's an outward sign of Candida happening. The ACV got rid of mine and I just reapply every now and then.

Bre bre....I first started having the problem only in one foot. Started at about 18yrs old. I can't remember exactly when it became a problem in my other foot but atleast since 25yrs old. I'm almost 37. I know how you feel. Everything I've tried is only temporary even with me changing out my footwear. My feet get hot and sweat kind of easy. I really started to understand when Nike came out wit those clear toed air force ones (horrible product idea) I could see the vapor building up on the inside of the shoe. If I ever do find anything that works even for a decent amount of time I will try to remember this post. I'll save it to the watch later. If YOU find something I hope you let me know. I don't feel like taking all these random advice from people. Some which may not even have had the problem and are just going off what they have heard or read elsewhere.
