If you want this speed and mini turbo, just use Luigi teddy buggy rollers cloud glider, as I stated it had the same speed and mini turbo, but it has more ag speed boost, same acceleration, more handling, more weight, same traction(grip), and only loses one invincibility stat (one of the worst stats in the game).
My two favorite combos in mk8dx are tanooki Mario standard kart leaf tires paper glider And kamek pipe frame standard tires cloud glider Both of these are almost the same as yoshi teddy but with slightly higher speed among other things
Tanooki Mario (alongside Male Villager & Male Inkling) actually have the exact same stats as the Yoshi stat group except Yoshi group has 2 more handling whilst the Tanooki Mario group has 1 higher weight

Bowser (or Morton) - Pipe Frame - Cushion - Bowser Kite (or Parafoil/MKTV Parafoil/Peach Parasol) Speed: 4.0 (Ground/Antigravity), 4.25 (Water), 4.75 (Air) Acceleration: 3.75 Weight: 4.0 Handling: 3.75 (Ground), 2.25 (Antigravity/Water), 2.50 (Air) Traction (Grip): 3.25 Mini Turbo: 4.0 Invincibility: 4.50 I call it the *Pipe Tank* It’s not supposed to be the fastest thing ever, but it has perfectly equal (4.0 and 4.0) Ground Speed and Mini Turbo, and it’s in the 4.0 Weight tier (I’ll get into that in a moment). Its niche is to be a big, heavy, bulky jack of all trades, due to the combined total of Acceleration + Invincibility it has. 4.50 Invincibility is around 2.13/2.15 seconds of invulnerability (after the hitsun) after a Banana, Shell, Bomb, or Lightning. You could trade -0.50 Invincibility to use Sponge instead (because not everyone likes the Cushion tire physics), but it kinda undermines the point of it. You could also run Varmint/City Tripper in exchange for -0.25 Invincibility for Outside Drift Bike physics/hitbox. As for the “Weight tier” thing… Weight is categorized into 3 separate stats. Mass L, Mass H, and Mass D. Mass L is how much knockback is applied when someone bumps into you at a standstill. Mass H is how much knockback is applied when bumping into someone at Top Speed. Mass L and Mass H are connected, as your knockback can also be a value in between them if you’re Accelerating (not at Top Speed) during a bump. Mass *D* is a unique case. It only increases every full bar, and it’s how much knockback is applied when *boosting* in various ways… most notably during Mini Turbos. 0.75/1.0 to 1.75: 30 (aka Yoshi Biddy/Scooty/Streetle) 2.0 to 2.75: 45 (aka Yoshi Teddy) 3.0 to 3.75: 60 (aka Rosalina Teddy or Mario/Luigi Inkstriker from the early Wave 4 meta) 4.0 to 4.75: 70 (meta never gets this high) 5.0 to 5.75: 80 (BULK) In a Mini Turbo bump VS Mini Turbo bump situation, being in the next Weight tier (the next bar) should “win” the exchange in pure knockback. HOWEVER… it takes 4.50 Weight (Mass H of 46) driving normally at Top Speed to just BARELY beat a Yoshi Teddy bumping into you with a boost, and running that much Weight takes going pretty far off meta. My Bowser “Pipe Tank” combo is supposed to withstand most bumps from the Yoshi meta, or the occasional Rosalina Teddy or Mario/Luigi Inkstriker, while just being a big, annoying, balanced tank.
louis you should try Yoshi stats or tanooki Mario stats on city tripper(or varmint) cloud/paper glider and rollers/azure rollers and see how it compares to the meta!!!!!!
It's a runner, in the shroomer subdivision (you try to get a mushroom for the big shortcut at the beginning and then you run), mainly because it's easier to get coins if you're in first and because of how narrow the track is

Personally I like yoshi varmint because it has extremely close stats to yoshi teddy but I think it looks cooler and i prefer the feel of bikes to atvs
