    If some folk get annoyed with the repetition then find other videos or go directly to his videos. Dr Joe Dispenza knows exactly what he's doing, repetition is the keys to success.
    WE ARE REPEATED ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOURS.
    He wants us to *understand* this.
    So install the new behaviour by *repeating* the new desired behaviour.
    Namaste.

    I stumbled on Dr Joe’s materials on TH-cam over a year ago, I can tell you that if you follow his teachings and meditation, you will have some positive life changing experiences like I did. It’s surprising that this isn’t a major concept taught in all public institutions. Instead, we’re swamped with profit making lies.

      Braden does too much fear mongering based on conspiracies, which leads to more fear and division rather than focusing on love and transcendence. Even though a lot of his message is similar. Just follow the love. Nothing real can be threatened.

    Sometimes there is a reason for repetition. Neville Goddard's lectures are very very repetitive, and he often acknowledged that during them. The intent is to drive home a point, to burn an idea into your subconscious. The negative ideas, beliefs, and habits we have were ingrained over many years and countlessly repeated to ourselves. So really it's very practical. People want someone to explain deep truths and expect to get both the message and it's deeper personal meanings understood and fully accepted in their brains, but they want it in a quick 2 minute video. No one can do it for you. These messages and videos are only here to HELP YOU along your own path.

    There are good moments of re-cognition throughout, simple ideas that are easily lost in the day to day, but this video teaches little about how to apply living in the now and being ever present, it only speaks to how you are living a burdensome path and how one might escape it. I can wake up and brush my teeth and use the bathroom and go to work on a daily basis, but if I left myself 30-60 minutes in the day to meditate on free thought or trying to apply a new technique to a hobby or passion without judgement, (I) can still escape the ego and dissociate into the greater universe of collective consciousness just enough to keep tethered to the metaphorical third eye and not just live reactively or inattentively.

    And what about pain because of ageing? Pain is a reaction of the body because there's something wrong with it. In deed the more we think of pain as not being able to do something, the more we will do nothing when being ill or having pain. That we can influence, but we can't influence pain itself... It's not by thinking you aren't ill that you won't be or get ill or have pain...
    And what about genes that changes due to external influences (epigenetis)? We have no control on the changes in the environment like temperature, humidity, weather, etc but it does have an influence on us.

Although I feel like I have to start altering these medications myself otherwise I'm goinng to spend the rest of my life in my head. Takes forever to get ahold of a dr. So I agree action is thhe way to go, over andd over again whether I see no results at all or feel as if "I'm going in circles" and not a single soul around me understands.

      You have gotten to a place where rain is triggering your brain in a negative way. Now when your brain senses it is raining, those same feelings are triggered and take over. You might try listening to rain sounds (or even rain visuals on video) accompanied by soothing music. Meditate to it and attempt to experience peace and joy (or other positive emotions). The idea is to associate the sound of rain with positive emotions. You can eventually move on to listening to calming music while watching the rain outside your window, or sitting on a porch. Do one of these exercises every day for about a month. It's a kind of immersion therapy. Eventually, your brain will associate rain with the new feelings you have repeatedly exposed it to.

    • @MarisBlack
      @MarisBlack 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I had the same happen to me when we bought a house and had a terrible leak on the back porch, which was an addition. The thing was basically rotting off the house, and nothing we did seemed to fix it for long. Soon every time it rained, I got anxious thinking about that porch. Even after we moved, it took a while to get past that and stop associating rain with my house falling down around my ears. 😅

    You know what unless your going to actually tell someone how they can fix something. Such as what thoughts can spark a new neural path way that can open the door to the unknown, since you just said that any thought we have with any familiar emotions is putting us in the past or the future. Which would mean that there could never be a now since the body and mind are designed to only be a scratched recorded player besides the fact that the moment that we learn something we then are automatically placed back into the past because at that point it is a known.
    Don't bother making money off of people by telling them your going to help them when you really have no intention to.

    Sorry but I found this video annoyingly repetitive, with the advice as to what to actually do, at the very last few seconds at the end. Perhaps it is meant for those locked into the kind of depressing world described ad nauseam throughout the whole video.

      That was a good observation, I understand it can be frustrating...maybe this was an edit error, or for those who have been following him...to finish the thought...it's insinuating to change up you schedule, try a different route home with the idea of being pleasantly surprised, changing your thoughts to higher vibrational thoughts...Gratitude List, playing music & singing and/or dancing that makes you happy, or stops any negative thoughts. The other people sharing criticizing or negativity, are also repeating their own cycle FYI. Don't let the Trolling get to you.
