Incredibly Simple Butternut Squash Recipe!
It’s easy to make and really delicious. Definitely great for a crowd.
Roasted butternut squash is so delicious! I like to season it with olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. I also add some Maldon salt and my kids' favorite Parmesan cheese at the end. But that's totally optional!
It also goes well with herbs, so it's incredibly easy to customize this basic recipe by adding your favorite herbs like rosemary, thyme or sage. Some people like it sweet and add honey, cinnamon, maple syrup 🙂 Experiment, make it to your taste. It's so healthy, easy to make and so, so delicious! My kids love it!

Judging by how many times I've seen these kinds of titles, I can only assume that this family eats 7000 meals per week.
This side dish is healthy, tasty, and my kids love it 🥰. 3 times a week is not that much for a side dish :) Many people love potatoes, eggs, etc. and eat it every day. In the fall, my family really loves pumpkin, squash, cabbage, beets, carrots, it's healthy and tasty, and I try to cook it as often as possible 😃😋
