The show is recorded in 1969 and at that
time, one of the first major show productions
in color. The show was chosen to represent
Germany at the “Golden Rose Festival’ in
Montreux, where it led to heated discussions
about the way television shows should be
photographed, designed and produced.

A controversy between innovative television,
celebrated by young programmakers, versus
the conservative entertainment chefs of the
time.
Dusty needed a small advance on her fee,
while we were producing in the studio. The
executive producer in charge, an inflexible
Mephisto, was not co-operative.
Dusty refused to proceed unless the executive
producer would immediately grant her request.
I told the man to give her the advance or there
was no show. Dusty had him cornered.
Shortly after, the man returned to the studio.
Counted with a smile in front of the crew the
money bills one by one in Dusty’s face and
handed them over.
Dusty took the bills and threw them forcefully into
the man’s face.
The crew smiled, was happy and with great
pleasure we continued the production process. - เพลง

@@byar1Ik herinner me jullie als een bijzonder team (hoewel ik toen nog een kind was).
Dat had je toen al goed gezien David, Robert en ik waren beste vrienden en vulden elkaar tijdens het werk onwaarschijnlijk goed aan. Een half woord of een oogopslag was vaak al voldoende om iets te corrigeren en beter te makan. Bob @@davidvdmaat
