I've been doing astrology for years and you never stop learning, and you don't want to stop learning because you want to become a better astrologer. One way to become better is to listen to other astrologers so you get other perspectives to consider and 'test' to incorporate into your own way of doing astrology. Listening to many astrologers I find, yes they bring in some of their own insight but usually only indirectly and mostly otherwise just regurgitation of texts they may have read that leans towards a dogmatic approach. What I like about James is that I feel like he when he talks about astrology he does so more from personal experience than any other source. I find such an approach and exposition to be of much more value to listen too. Even if I don't agree with some things he might say. Thank you James for your contribution and thank you for the author of this video for the work you do to bring forth and publish your interviews with James.

James's knowledge is interesting and accurate. I remember many years ago a Western Astrologer gave the same analogy as James, haven't heard it since until now, about Rahu and whichever planet he's with then one should be encouraged to go towards that planet. Thank you.

Everything this man said about Ketu makes sense. Still, stigma around Ketu's meaning is hard to die, many astrologers feed into these prejudices.

Rahu is unlike Saturn while Ketu is unlike Mars! Ketu is like Neptune which is the higher octave of Venus…🎉
