I have mars in 7th from moon. My mars is in its own sign with saturn and moon is exalted. My lagna lord is venus with sun jupiter and mercury in 5th house. I have never cheated anyone. But i feel, i am courageous enough to follow my heart. If i get angry then i cannot hold my anger for long time and speakout but I think it doesnot mean durth. We are human beings and we change with time only one plannet situation cannot predict what we are.
I couldn't agree more with you. I have exalted Mars in 8th aspecting a swarashi Moon in 2nd house. Mars does aspect my 2nd/3rd house through its 7th & 8th drishti making me a little less diplomatic in my speech and more upfront kind of a person. But I'll never agree to a viewpoint that this combination makes a person "dhurth". Cannot be generalized for a huge populace of people.

I think here the relevance of prishthodaya rashi is emphasized ( Aries, Cancer, Sagittarius, Capricorn) where if mercury is present. Then as per acharya ji, it indicates the malicious intentions of buddhi(intelligence). There are much more explanations required for Mars 7th position with respect to Sun and Moon as Mars is not just a fighter, it's revolutionary and brings about change by force. The diety of Mars is Kartikeya the Senapati of Devas. So I believe more introspection is required regarding the same, it should not be generalized 😊

क्या चंद्र या सुर्य से मंगल छठे भाव में हो तो ये धूर्त होने के एक नियम को पुरा करता है क्योंकि इसमे मंगल की अष्टम दृष्टि चन्द्र या सुर्य पर पडती है या मंगल केवल सप्तम भाव मे ही होना चाहिये,कृप्या बताना जी ।
और यदि चन्द्र या सुर्य के साथ मंगल बैठा हो तब भी ये नियम पुरा मान जायेगा ।

I respect VP Goel sir ji very much but I don’t agree with this assessment. If Mars-Moon in opposite houses are bad then why it is not bad when in conjunct? Also mars drishti on moon causes vairagya yoga which makes sense as mars is the lord of 8th house in adi purush kundali and 4-8-12 are moskha sthana.
I think the reasons (if it is true that this person is like what sir said) - the ninth lord in the 8th house (12th from 9), with enemies sun and mars, with Jupyter who is strong functional malefic in this chart, the only savior is Mercury who is in enemy Rashi and again with enemies so probably is weak. And finally no natural benefic in Kendra to protect his person, plus Venus in the 9th house is okay but not great. But we have to see D9 chart, too, before we can say something concrete about it.

Mercury, you find in prishthodaya rasi in 40% horoscopes because it will cover the 5 rasis , does that mean 45% people are cunning. I believe all the points should be taken into consideration and other factors as well and not only one point.
