Dear Viewers, I taught these Examples (REAL Case Laws) because they are best for understanding MISCHIEF Rule & HEYDON'S Rule. You will not find them in most text books. Students struggle with these 2 Interpretation Rules. So instead of focusing on whether the examples are crude or posh, you should rather use them in enlightening yourself about the Interpretation Rules. Please don't confine yourself to limited knowledge. I have not discussed these examples for entertainment; the sole purpose was teaching the 2 Rules in such a way that a student will never forget it. You can also write these examples in exam alongwith the relevant case law discussed.
