Sir!Codifying statute ka example aapne crpc and cpc diye, but when we go through the long title of crpc uske andhar "An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to Criminal Procedure." Bolke kaha jatha hai and agar Example Hindu succession act , Hindu Marriage act ka long title me ye kaha jatha haiki " An act to amend and codify the law relating to marriage among Hindus". So ab crpc consolidating of statute ka example hai ya codifying ka example hai?vo kis category me aatha? Code of Criminal Procedure -sirf "Code" word rahne ke karan vo codifying statute ke category me aasaktha ya nahi?
