He is the oldest one so he went into adulthood first leaving every else behind, they see adulthood as having responsibilities and can no longer party or go out with them in other terms he's leaving them and that's why jungkook was fighting with suga in run because he too was stepping into adulthood (turning 20) and leaving him, he was basically saying 'don't leave me' but it was driving suga crazy because he wanted to stay but couldn't. Jungkok is the last one to step into that stage of adulthood (where you see him walking on the edge on the wall in the prologue and the i need you video) he was stepping over into adult hood and i think that's why in the Run Japanese version video on the wall it said 'Youth is never coming back' so they're basically all adults now. (jungkook just turned 20)

Why would everyone else commit suicide just bc one person died?Therefore, the both of the remaining guys (Jin&V) are in a dream state!! (Proof: bc V is lying on a mattress in the beginning of the video, indicating that this place isn't real) At the end though, V decides to jump off (go back to reality and wake up from the dream) and you'll see that in Run. I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but every time I watch the prologue I'm just amazed at how tight the editing is - like how every transition and scene is timed perfectly with the music. The scenery are also just so gorgeous.. props to the editor :P

Honestly I think Run will mess you up more :P until then everyone thought Jin was the only one alive bc I Need U showed everyone else's probable death and bc he was the only one in the polaroid but after Run it seems like Jin is the only one dead and the others are all trying to deal with it (terribly) In my opinion (unsupported by proper facts) the series goes like Run -> I Need U -> Prologue In Run, I think the others are reliving memories from when Jin was alive (the parties etc) and then shows glimpses of the trouble they get into after his death (Suga and JK fighting, RM and V getting arrested). I think Jin was the one that always kept them safe and together and out of trouble, so when he died everything spun out of control bc he wasn't there to bail them out. (and I think there's some significance in the tunnel scene, bc at one point they get into Jin's truck and escape, but in another scene they're running away on foot, which would probably get them caught) Then in I Need U, I think Jin is watching them from the closed room (heaven?) as they all kill themselves, with the exception of V. White flowers usually always mean death/funerals, and Jin lays white petals on the floor of his room, signifying the others' deaths. and then imo Prologue is in V's perspective entirely, between his life and death. I think after he murdered his father, he needed one of his brothers to comfort him, so all the others came to his side, probably in the way of dreams, and they all had fun together etc. and finally V decides to join them, breaking out of the dream (non je ne regrette rien) and jumping off the pier to kill himself. Some events of the prologue must be memories of the past, bc Jimin burns a picture of them at the pier in Run before drowning himself in I Need U. it still doesn't explain Jin and Suga's polaroid but idk I think that was for artistic effect and to screw with us more :P
Also it may be notable that the members apart from Jin are always matched up, Suga and Jungkook, V and Rap Monster, Jimin and J-Hope. Suga and JK is especially noticeable here and in Run, and also in I Need U Japanese version. For the others it's just really small things, like J-Hope laying a blanket over Jimin, who was the one that died from water/cold, and their scene in Run. RM talking to V in the beginning here, and getting arrested with him in Run. 4:08 "is it all in his head?" his guy is observant. My theory is that Jin is dead while the others die. I need U is jin dying and the boys dealing with his decline. The prologue happens in Jin's head as he's dying (hence the camera he holds representing his eyes) and there are some flashes back to reality like at the beginning with V. and then Run happens after his death and the boys are expressing themselves differently to their best friends passing!

okay so one of the theories i liked the most out of all the BTS theories is the Peter Pan & the Lost Boys Theory, where Jin is basically Peter Pan who leads the Lost Boys (BTS) to their deaths in a sense. But other one that i also like to believe in is that Jin was just their stronghold in the friendship group and without him they all feel lost. So in I NEED U they all resort to someway of suicide. In a sense this theory is a butterfly effect theory.

4:08 "is it all in his head?" his guy is observant. My theory is that Jin is dead while the others die. I need U is jin dying and the boys dealing with his decline. The prologue happens in Jin's head as he's dying (hence the camera he holds representing his eyes) and there are some flashes back to reality like at the beginning with V. and then Run happens after his death and the boys are expressing themselves differently to their best friends passing!

okay so one of the theories i liked the most out of all the BTS theories is the Peter Pan & the Lost Boys Theory, where Jin is basically Peter Pan who leads the Lost Boys (BTS) to their deaths in a sense. But other one that i also like to believe in is that Jin was just their stronghold in the friendship group and without him they all feel lost. So in I NEED U they all resort to someway of suicide. In a sense this theory is a butterfly effect theory.
