Why is this gul khan comparing Afghan flag and Punjabi flag in this way? According to the report, this money was to be spent on Afghanistan reconstruction and rehabilitation. His son is also the owner of property million of dollar in Dubai.

The only difference between the afghan and the Pakistan's flags is that the Afghan flag represents afghan soil, and not a state; however Pakistan's flag represents a state which governs pashtun soil.
