I am going to be 61years in a bit but this interview really shine a bright light in my face.
Even though I am not sure of an end goal since I just do what is prevented to me , I feel so elevated to be intentional and pursue with an end goal in mind.
    Thank you very much.
    Beautiful interview

I can relate. For me redirection took place in college. Went in for Nursing after aspiring to follow in my sisters footsteps. Yet after completing my pre-requisites the program had a long waiting list. I could not wait as i had an infant daughter to take care of as a single mother. Thus I went into Accounting. It served well as I got an internship at Motorola and was hired at the end of it. God works in mysterious ways. Love this interview. Keep them coming and lets continue making a difference one redirection at a time. 🙏

Am I the only the person who notice, all the ladies wear white to their interview? Tk thanks for thinking outside the box and having persons who are not always on our phone screen to interview, as this allows us to know that people like me can make it no matter what the struggles we face in life. Yaniece thanks alot your story, your determination and that smile wow.

I love love love the fact that your guests are not the well known popular, all over social media people. They are not the same ppl who we see on the other shows. Thank you Terri. All always inspiring, always insightful.
Never missed an episode since the 1st season.
Who knows, maybe I'll be a guest 1 day 😉

Another great episode. Yaniece gave us a masterclass in how a woman navigates the world of work with grace and determination. She owns her expertise and voice and isn’t afraid to set big goals to achieve what appears impossible to some. Kudos to this amazing woman who is already a trendsetter and one whose future continues to be bright ! 💫💫

It took a few weeks for me to catch up with this episode because life has just been a world wind especially my professional life.
But after listening to your story and how see how intentional you were about setting your steps. I’m now so inspired to do the same. Thank you for sharing and being such a light on this gloomy day Yaniece .
Terri- Karelle, honestly you are a gem for helping us see hear these beautiful stories and realizing that there is greatness right there within Jamaica, we don’t need a Hollywood movie star to inspire us, we can do that from within. #TKRedirection

This episode was personal for me and my daughter. She’s still in high school, however, Just like Yaniece Gentles, my daughter wanted to become a doctor, she didn’t get the science subjects that it required, but she has gotten all the accounting requirements to redirect into another career part. Thanks you for this episode. This came at the right time
Dr. Ried: Yaniece Gentles need to share her story to high school students going into sixth form and leaving sixth form to university. Thank you again

Well done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 you can do a PhD in Finance and still get your Dr title 👍🏼😁 a true woman of focus. I wish I had some of those direct conversations in one of my past organizations instead of just moving on to another company when I thought there was no more challenge for my role at the time because I really did love that company

Always set goals even after achieving what your heart desire. There is always more to seek. Her story is very relatable and also shows that even when you are not sure of the path. It is still attainable once the work was put in. Sometimes the path we set is not the path for us. Once the end goal is set just put in the work and enjoy the journey. My take away is the fact she said know everything or most things so that you can provide good advice. Well done

The sign language component is beautifully done. Vibrant set! Love my Jamaican people! TK is doing an impactful work, thanks thanks thanks.
The risk and sacrifice Yaniece made to go to Amsterdam, having a 7 month old, was the most inspiring for me. I find it hard to make massive sacrifices like those because of fear, but this episode gave me perspective and I’m going to go for the position that I’ve been eyeing for awhile.
