back when I was a college student when Portland was a great city to live in now it is exactly the opposite of then
Portland State University What about international students? And are they some financial aids for international students?
I don't have the best sophomore GPA, 3.2… although my junior year I landed a 4.25 weighted GPA, acing AP Physics and AP Calculus AB. Do those grades give me a chance to be accepted into the engineering program?
If your overall high school GPA is 3.0, you meet the minimum PSU freshmen GPA requirements. You will also need to send us your SAT/ACT scores and complete 15 units of college preparatory coursework with grades of C- or better. Before being admitted into an engineering major, you will complete most of your lower division college courses and be entering your junior year at PSU. Does anyone have any feedback on what PSU Environmental Engineering program is like? I'm torn between PSU and another school....
Hi Viviana, Portland is well known for its leadership in sustainability, and it serves as a living lab for our students. PSU students are highly encouraged to take advantage of the many internships and community learning opportunities close to campus - many can do so while continuing to take classes, which is not always the case at other schools. Our environmental engineering program is taught by award-winning faculty members, highly respected in their fields. In fact 100% of our Environmental Engineering grads has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam since the program began in the mid-2000's, a testament to the quality of our program!

Hello, I won’t be applying to colleges for a few years but I had a inquiry on PSU’s writing related majors. How “successful” or in depth is PSU’s journalism major and/or creative writing minor? By successful I mean what percentage of journalism students go into internships or low level jobs after college? Thanks!

+Bill Good I went into MHCC with 2.8 gpa and finished with 3.3 and got into PSU. Idk about your situation though.
