Casa La Quinta, designed by architects Pérez Palacios and Alfonso de la Concha Rojas, is a 350-square-meter home located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, created for a retired couple. Surrounded by neighboring properties on its longer sides, the house is centered around three distinct courtyards that provide private outdoor spaces. The main courtyard features a swimming pool and a hammock, creating a serene retreat. The second courtyard is a gravel seating area with a tree, and the third is a smaller space. The house's design emphasizes inward-facing views, utilizing cream-colored Corev on the walls to mimic traditional stucco. Large windows and sliding glass doors blend indoor and outdoor spaces, while minimalist interiors feature stone flooring, white walls, and exposed wooden beams. The open-plan living and dining area, along with a well-appointed kitchen, master suite, and additional bedrooms, maintain a cohesive, elegant aesthetic. Casa La Quinta exemplifies thoughtful design, blending comfort and privacy within a harmonious setting.

Beautiful minimalistic home, looks serene and inviting to relaxation. Beautiful family and dog😊
The black counter in the kitchen is going to show every little fingerprint that walks by and put its finger up on the counter. In other words it’s going to have to constantly be cleaned. I would have to add some greenery and soft lighting here and there and a bit more art. Otherwise that’s the best minimalist home that has ever appealed to me.
I think this home is stunning. Warm, inviting and beautiful. 😊
Wow, this home is a dream! The architecture is stunning.
I absolutely loved everything about this home. I particularly loved the minimalist aesthetic & furnishings to match. I appreciated the narrators soothing voice and apropos music which played well with what was being featured. Homes presented this way where it is all about the design and home and not about the narrator is lovely. Thank you.
La arquitectura es asombrosa y maravillosa. Un recorrido en video sería excelente 👍
I love this STYLE GREETINGS
Thank you for sharing. 🌳
House is already gorgeous. Why do you have to add the dog to make it even better? Doggie is a great model. Photography is excellent too.
I love it!
Xcellente!
Wow😊
just photos. not really a video.
Three small courtyards with ZERO NADA in them? Are you kidding me. Looks like a few small plants and some weeds with a couple of stick chairs. Giggle. The "architects" need to actually HIRE a landscape architect.
I had such an open upper open space in my house. After we left they destroyed it. 😖
I love high ceilings but I’m tired of so much wasted space above-unless you happen to have a Calder mobile up there. And speaking of hard to clean….
Is it for sale?
Price ?
Video gives off a strange vibe. I can’t point my finger on what it is: generated voice over or music.
appreciate that drawings were included...helps to understand the work more fully.
But from what I've seen here, calling this an example of 'how home design can blend seamlessly with its surroundings' is ... absurd? Not a single photograph or drawing of the building's surroundings; unless you just mean the 'outdoors' of the (interior) courtyards...? That's fine with me. But why not just be honest and say 'an example of a house that turns its back on its surroundings, turns inwards (introverted, as in the title), and shuts out / creates a contrast with its urban context'?
horrible sound design make me quit sound right away
The music was terrible 😢
Linhas retas, sem charme algum, arquitetura para se esconder e nada achar ou se perder de si mesmo; algum lugar para não ser encontrado, uma caixa de sapato e um gato. Nada mais.
Please, stop this moving photos nonsense! You can`t look at the architecture this way
Thanks for showing us your house. Rather than use music that tries to evoke that your house is GOD'S ARCHTECTUAL GIFT TO HUMANKIND, why not do a commentary describing some of the construction techniques, recouces for surfaces and problems encountered in building the structure. No one can "feel" the house however much the video producer wants one too...
A home a nudist would love. 😂
🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜❤️
Modernist rubbish.
