Young people don't want to work for wages that haven't gone up in 20+ years. It's impossible to earn enough money for a place to stay, transportation to work and to save money. The blatant discrimination against men in the workplace dissuades men from participating.
I mean it's the most likely way to make decent money, but it's getting less and less likely. On the bright side if it gets even worse maybe the economy/society will collapse and we won't have to worry about those loans anymore.
No, it's not complex. There is no incentive anymore. Like me, the reason I am making a lot of money is that way I can leave this country. Because there's no incentive left to stay here.
Hey bro, loving the content lately! Massive potential here, can't wait to see what's in the future for you with the channel! Much love from New Zealand!
Go get a job in construction. There’s infinite need for roofers framers and builders. Work with your hands and find a group of guys you can have beers after work with. Life is better this way
I understand the plight of many young men who feel like they want their work to MEAN SOMETHING. My advice to my younger self, now as a 35yo with a family, would focus more on dilligence and stabilty. By finding the first step of stability it THEN allows you to take homerun swings without being ruined by the mistakes that will surely come. "Tread carefully before your own virtues defeat you". Your ability to suffer yet remain dilligent will, God willing, put you ahead of the pack. Yes, things are worse now and it will likely remain that way, but that is the facts you must work in now. Accept reality without getting blackpilled and again that will give you an advantage. I think my last point would be to approach finding opportunities the same way you'd approach meeting girls. Figure out what you want and then just approaching and asking for it. Having the balls to open your mouth and ask for what you want puts you ahead of at least 70% of dudes. Find older dudes who have acheived things you also want and just approach them not like a sperg. Be realistic. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
Going to college is so important, glad that Baxate is spreading the word! Also, what's up with all of the doom in the comments, guys there is good in the world trust.
Ex-FAANG SWE in his thirties here. Indians are taking a sizable percentage of white collar jobs away from not just Americans but everyone else, too. If you manage to get a job at a company where they have a sizable footprint, which is most large companies these days, then you will be pushed out. If you don’t get pushed out then that’s because you’re a token or because there aren’t enough of them around you. Create your own company, go into start-ups, or leave the country and establish roots elsewhere. These are your options, realistically, as a young person below the age of 25. I don’t really care if you’re personally offended. In fact, it’s a good thing if you are personally offended.
Sometimes you need to do some 9-5s to figure things out. Try to look at them early on as opportunities that will allow you the flexibility that you want.

Lmao don't listen to these two clowns. They say "take out a loan" and "go to college" to "make connections." You're going to get scammed.
