Well... we are quickly coming up on 5 months since this package was thrown at my door. The package wasn't mine... it belonged to someone several blocks away, so I handed it back to my regular carrier (not the person in the video) the next day so it could be delivered properly. I've visited the office 2-3 times, called several times and sent countless emails to the supervisor of the local USPS station (Ron White, Jr) who said that he would send me a letter stating that the USPS failed to deliver the package, so I could get a refund. 3 months... several email follow-ups... no letter. I'm trying again today (CC-ing Lagretta Ross-Rawlins, our Charlotte Postmaster). I'm out of luck with the vendor... I'm way past the limit of asking for a refund and the USPS system still shows that MY package was delivered to MY address, so no recourse there. Apparently the USPS can do whatever they want. Who cares... what are you going to do? Have someone else deliver your mail?
A nice supervisor at the USPS is trying to help track down the package.

The correct package still hasn't been found. Gotta love USPS
USPS supervisor has not responded to several emails over the past 2 weeks. Escalating today to a manager.
