At around 6 months, babies can be introduced to water. They only need about 4-8 ounces per day until they are a year old because the rest of their liquids are coming from breastmilk or formula. To stay well hydrated, children ages 1-3 years need approximately 4 cups of beverages per day, including water or milk

Oh my gosh new video so happy…. Ok gotta go and watch… you made my morning thank you….❤❤❤❤it was a lovely video the children are beautiful and behaving nicely. The twins are getting so big love their smiles was happy to see children enjoying all the food you prepare for them. You feed them nice healthy foods (no junk food). They are learning to play all together they love learning from the TV and interactive toys you buy them, as you can tell I’m happy watching your vlogs they make my day. So here is the video I watched and followed the directions, I found that Rye flour really makes a difference for me in a good way. I buy it from Amazon and use together with all purpose bread flour. I will talk more about bread in a video.
