I'm sorry but the only time you rinse pasta with cold water after cooking is when you're making a cold pasta salad. What I suggest is timing your pasta with the sauce. When you rinse the pasta after cooking you're washing away the starch which helps the pasta absorb the sauce.
One of the simple pasta dishes! I love it! Gawa na naman ako nito.Lagyan ko sya ng red bell pepper, chili flakes para may crunch. Keep it up!

The only thing I would do different is skip the mushrooms and add a can of chopped clams.

Butter or margarine ang ginamit?
Butter po ang ginamit ko. Pero pwde din naman po kayo gumamit ng margarine or cooking oil.😊

Ibang recipe po tinutukoy nyo.. Either tuna alfredo or tuna carbonara po yun. Cream-based.
Yung niluto po ni Ms. Lai, almost the same po sa tuna aglio o olio. Oil-based.
Pareho naman po yun masarap.

Kulang ang sahog
Di po required ang maraming sahog sa recipe na yan. Di po Yan Yung regular spaghetti recipe na tomato sauce ang base.
Malapit po Yan sa aglio y olio pasta. Kung familiar po kayo.
Hindi masarap walang cream! Walang evaporated milk.
Oil in the pasta water?? Nope
Two things you do not do when cooking pasta: 1. Do not add oil in the water, just salt. 2. Never rinse the cook pasta!
May i ask why not to rinse it when it is in the cooking instruction of the pasta?
Its better have oil so wont stick together and better to rinse after boiling to rinse the starch..
