The Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Second Amend) Bill, 2019 further amends the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act, 2004.

Modi govt misquote the be ambedkar statement br ambedkar said that if possible there should be plebiscite in Kashmir ,and integrate Jammu and ladakh in India. Because there is huge defence expenditure due to this.
