Susan, it really was (is) tasty! I am making a mango-raspberry “salsa” or fruit salad for the 4th of July. It will also be good for a light snack on hot summer days.

I have that book; just bought it within the month. :) I love raspberry jam and have a bunch in the freezer. I think I could buy frozen mangos to try this recipe. I ONLY use jam if I eat a bagel for breakfast. so don't go through it very fast either.
