This looks soooo good, the only thing I would change is the crispy bacon for a soft one, I rather having it juicy . Still this recipe make me wanna go to my supermarket and get all the ingredients to make it 😂… great job as always man

Someone suggested battering and deep frying a Baconator and we all agreed it would be awesome but nobody was sober enough to go to Wendy's. I still kinda wonder what that would be like but I'm older now and I have a little more sense than that.
We have a couple of fighters fly over our house about once every couple of weeks. Loud? Hell yes. They have such a distinct sound compared to the commercial airliners we hear all day... While that burger looked unfathomably delicious and equally unhealthy, it was just begging for pickles... Awesome drop once again.
Just made ribs yesterday using your rub pack I got in! One rack with Chudrub one with Sweetcheeks, and one with Sssnakebite! The heat from Snakebite was perfect and the Chud rub had a great pepper flavor. Sweetcheeks was great and immediately made me want to buy pork belly and put it on there. Doing that today!

I have the same meat slicer and make my own bacon. Little trick to get the full sized slices: fold the slab in half and then run it through the slicer folded.

Since I moved to Austin in 2008 I've never had a snake in my boots. Scorpions though... that has been a more. than once event. This has to be the most effort anyone has gone through to make a burger! I've made bacon before but I sure wish I had that meat slicer.
Depending on the pellet grill and if you like it crispy. Anywhere from 300°-350°. I like mine crispy, so most pellet grills I've cooked on i go with 350.
I was going to make square patties once, I ended up not doing it, my plan was to roll out the ground beef like pizza dough or something and cutting it like brownies.
