Peltier module air conditioner
A Peltier module air conditioner is a type of air conditioning system that uses the Peltier effect to provide cooling. The Peltier effect is a thermoelectric effect that occurs when an electrical current is passed through two different types of materials that are joined together, causing one side to heat up and the other side to cool down.
In a Peltier module air conditioner, one side of the Peltier module is placed in contact with the air to be cooled, while the other side is exposed to the outside environment. When an electrical current is passed through the module, the side in contact with the air to be cooled cools down, while the other side heats up. This creates a temperature difference that allows heat to be transferred from the air to be cooled to the outside environment, resulting in a cooling effect.
Peltier module air conditioners are typically small and portable, making them useful for cooling small spaces such as personal workstations or camping tents. However, they are less efficient than traditional air conditioning systems and may not be suitable for cooling larger spaces or for extended periods of time.

Peltier modules have limitations and they can't be used for real world purposes just like that.
Cold is absense of heat. Efficiency, whatsoever these modules have, depends on how fast & effectively you remove heat from the hot side of the module.
Just couple of days back i have ordered two peltier module kits, will try to make something from them.. just to learn.
I would suggest placing an extra radiator( you can also use copper pipes or just silicone or any kind of pipes ,depending on availability & convenience) submerged in ice combined with ice pads in an insulated ice box. You can place that ice box system, just after the outdoor system. The flow will be from ice box system to indoor unit to outdoor unit then again to ice box system.
All the outside cold piping should be insulted to minimise the loss of coldness.
Want to add : increase the volume of your heat exchange medium, coolant in this case.
The faster coolant reaches the indoor unit the more effective it will be.
Means the travel distance of cold coolant should be minimum and travel distance of hot coolant should be maximum. Try different mediums.. glycol, water etc. also use common salt in the ice box to further increase the cold effect.

Great work bro but ye bahut kam effective hai and jo temp show ho rha hai uske or room twmp me jyada diff nhi hai. Agar bure na mano to ek suggestion hai, plastic pipe ki jagah copper pipe use krke iske butane flow kra skte ho bahut bada temp diff ayega.
Mene ek diy project kia tha and it really works.

Coolant vaise change karne ki jarurat nahi bas kam huaa to aur add karna padega. Coolant water ki tarah hi kaam karta hai bas coolant me anti rust property hoti hai jo ki radiator ko choke up hone se bachata hai.
