I run dual scraper pans in a train behind a CAT 965 C with wheels. We do agricultural landforming in the Mississippi delta. We have 6 dual scraper rigs that range from 40-46 yards capacity and two finishing tractors. Just got ourselves a D-6 too so I’m anxious to get some seat time in that.
Another nice feature of those quad track scrapers is that the cab isn't bouncing around all over the place. That means you don't have to find jockey operators who are willing to be jostled about all day long.
I actually live about 10 minutes away from the first job site in the video and Witech had a cat rock truck with a MTS goose neck scraper attached to it where the dump bed should be.
This landfill is at the corner of W Laraway Rd and Centerpoint Way in Joliet. I recognize the power plant stacks in the background also the Union Pacific rail yard
Great video I really enjoyed it and I learned something as always with your videos. Also when is the next watch me work video coming out? Are we ever going to see one of that 6015B loading truck In Canada?
One day ill be able to get a quadtrac to use as a daily driver. Think your pick up with ugly as* wheels that extend further out then the compensation you're trying to achieve can mall crawl good, wait until i show up at the mall with my quadtrac.
Have you ever heard of the Gemini solar project? It's one of the largest solar project in nevada I work out there with Soil Tech an environmentally friendly construction company we do a lot of unique work it's pretty cool.
Its a Versatile modified for construction... Does it actually have a CAT engine??? Always thought Versatile should dump Cummins and put a C18 in the Delta Trac... EDIT: Yes, eat my words and wonder why this C18 Versatile is not offered to the ag community??? 630hp,,, lol, this thing could easily do 900... Same bs with CaseIH... FPT has a 16l that can do 8-900hp,,, their making 692 with a 12.9l,,,, wheres the new Quad Trac with that 16l???
Ford Expedition… the WORST vehicle anyone in my family has ever owned. My mom had it… we all hated it. Handled/ drove awful. Interior literally crumbled apart, HVAC and radio had constant electrical issues, “leather” seats cracked and tore like corn chips, mirrors had the glass fall out, dash cracked, rear link arms rusted out, heater core failed, constantly changed coil packs on it, cam phasers finally put it and us out of its misery.
i watched less than 60 seconds of this video. Aaron would rather stand in front of the camera and ramble about things he doesn't even know about instead of just showing some cool equipment working
Could you cut a Chicago deep-dish pizza with a quad-track scraper?
yes. i’m glad you asked
💯
yo bro, fix the audio levels thruout the video, its barely watchable having my hand on volume button all the time
I can shave peach fuzz off a bare ass with a scraper

9:30 best shot I've seen of a bucket being filled! 🎥 Awesome
"The visibility is amazing!"
Yeah, amazing. You really could clearly see all that amazing FOG. 😂😁😇😜
Would be cool if you mentioned it's a modified versatile deltatrack originaly intended for farming.
Saw a guy explain this in a comment on the day 1 video lol
Meh,
I thought that’s all it was honestly never seen this before
Thanks for the 150 shoutout! We are the best in the country!
, you 150 guys are great, but I believe us 825 guys are better!😅
We run two on these MTS in Antarctica at the US station. They groom the runway.

That gooseneck setup on the pan is called the switchback

It would be awesome to see you come to Cleveland Ohio and see what we have going on locally!
Love the Illinois connection!! My Baby and i grew up in the Land o Lincoln
Really cool video with the walk around of the equipment! You where definitely in Joliet for that landfill that river has too many landmarks 😂
Bro. The Cracker Barrel plug had me LAUGHING 😂😂😂
Yes. Agree on Versitile. Quad trac is for case IH. And four track is Deere.
The landfill is off of 94! It’s crazy seeing what that site has grown to over the 30 years.
it's a big place
Keep up the great content 👏
Great stuff Aaron. Keep the high quality coming.
Love your videos bro keep up the good work

Nice machine 👍 Great video. ✌️
Enjoyed the video
The drone shot looking down into the bowl of the scraper was amazing. You should do that a little more. Unique shots are the best.
Bet you're #4 farmer and not #1.
@@CartoonWeasel no he's the number one farmer in his city
@@tigerbatman7881 impossible, old man jack is. He aint old man jack
@@CartoonWeasel your turd sniffer you don't even know anything about anything. Go back in your momma's basement
@@tigerbatman7881 i dont own a turd sniffer. Can i borrow yours?
The 1st site is in Merrillville Indiana in-between I-65 and Mississippi St. I drive by it everyday going to work at US Steel to operate a Cat 992G
you damn right Local 150 is the best
The green screen of the 850 pushing up a full blade of clay, amazing cgi. Lol.
Watch out so you dont get dirt under your nails, Aaron! 🤣🤣🤣
it would be a damn shame
Is the landfill Joliet?
Imagine driving a bad ass piece of equipment all day but you could only drive in circles
Thats the dream though man, i wouldnt wanna drive this scrapper down I75.
I hauled so much stone out to that job.
I'm guessing youre near Crown Point IN based on the cracker barrel sign.
I actually live near crown point IN.
@@jasonparadis5453 I'm originally from Noblesville so not too far from my hometown.
Dirt is what you get on your clothes , soil is what you put in your hands

What's the chance putting a hydraulic motor on the axle on the pans would accomplish anything useful?
Merci 👍👍👍

the MTS tractor looks an awful lot like a Versatile Delta Trac tractor any relation between the companies?
The cab and the hood is the only similarities
Basically these are modified Versatile tractors, right?
Yes. Versatile builds the chassis and MTS modifies them.
It’s per square inch for ground pressure 😁
Cillian Murphy doppelganger
Why don’t they run modified ag quad tracks?
well if you have 30 pounds of air in a tire sure, you have those air down correctly and a tire will drag a track machine
top notch dude

If the ground stinks. I bet $100 either there is or was something in the ground. Or at one point there was some kind of animal run in it
Your cam boy looks like Jobes from donut (yt car channel. Donut media, not donut operator, equally shpack)
If you were using K-tec scrapers you wouldn't have to push load them
Funny…we push load our k techs every day
"This video brought to you by Cracker Barrel"
It’s not dirt it’s soil trust me after you write it even you learn lol my ag teacher
more action less yap yap

glad you liked the first few seconds David!
Essentially mts tractors are versatiles with yellow paint and cat power plants
Ha I know the witvoets
