43.79 with an injury. You could tell in his stride he had a hitch.

He needs to rest because he’ll need to be in that 43.45 shape to win in Doha. He needs to avoid training for the 200 and get that finishing strength back. It’s good to see Kerley get back to his 2017 form. I was doubting him after all those getting walked from behind mile relay performances. I think this loss will motivate Norman though. I like his chances to win Doha given the amount of time he’ll have to figure it out.

Good interview by Michael Norman, he seems to be a humble young man and I think if he keeps that virtue he will go far in the sport!

Every great athlete needs a good loss now and then to remind them they’re not invincible. Running a 43.79 and losing is not a terrible loss. I’m confident he’ll bounce back healthy and stronger in WC. He’ll use it as motivation.

Very humble. He admit that he lost and didn't blame his
2 weeks away from practice. He had no excuse just the truth.

@ Elijah Miles You probably jealous of light skinned black people that dominate in athletics. Norman beat Lyles in the 200m and has run 43.45 at the beginning of the season. Cannot imagine what he will run if healthy and when it matters the most. He always shows up and performs well you jealous bitch.
