in thousands of hours of mf runs (manual, no bots), i found a handful of hrs. vex, sur and maybe a ber rune or something like that. point being, it's almost inconceivable to farm up your own infinity or botd runewords, although there are some extremely enthusiastic players who have manage to do it in single player or other non-trading/duping scenarios
Me and my friend used to play diablo before the 1.13 patch, we played around 2-3 years pretty much nonstop and we found no better HR then ist rune, granted we were only playing 1-2 players game but the chances of finding nothing was still there lol
It was close to impossible finding any pre-1.13, I played years without finding any hr. Gul from hellforge was my best runefind. But now when the rarity are nerfed they aren't that hard to find anymore. Rare still but not even close to how it used to be.
@@mikael8864 Agree! It requires a lot of time but you can find on monster Jah rune (3 in 1 year for my case). And we have to not forget the lower Kurast special chest, you can have 1 HR between Gul and Ber every 2 days of permaent farm of this, but terribly annoying to do ^^
It is important. The new resulting ilvl of the crafted amulet needs to be at least 90 to be able to spawn +2 to any class. To know which ilvl the amulet will have, use this fomular: (charlvl/2)+(oldilvl/2). Keep in mind that D2 rounds down to a full number after every (!) single calculation. Therefore, for example, there can never be a ilvl 99 crafted amulet.
I hope they streamline this process in the D2 remaster. Maybe add a recipe book like in Minecraft, where you just click on the recipe and it takes the ingredients from your inventory / stash and makes it. Although you would still have to choose the amulet and jewel to use in this case... maybe add an arrow button where it cycles through combinations of items to use in the recipe?
what is the sense of goldfind chars ? yes its about finding more gold but dont u get enuff gold anyways ? selling one random elite armour gives 350000.
Is gambling even worth it? The chance of getting even remotely ok item is close to 0%. It is virtually impossible to get anything valuable out of gambling. Seems like pure waste of time to me.
@@JenDen9 but thats just straight up not true? you can gamble for jmods, cmods and high lvl amulets for crafting. just need to be high enough lvl urself to gamble and craft. maybe ur just gambling the wrong items?
The pally amulet could be very nice for a selfcast holy shock paladin. Although that build realizes its max dps potential in bear form usually, and a +3 offensive auras 80+ life one is strong competition (that's what I have stashed up for mine, but still looking for Griffon's...). Maxed out tha build gets really crazy, 4 frame attacks with holy shock, like a fire claw druid, but with more damage and infinity to break immunities, and Gris shield actually blocks decently even in bear form.

Crafting caster ammys is the most glorious thing for me, getting a 20fcr 2 skill opens up opportunities for some serious shit.

can you use crafted amulets to craft more amulets? some of them went up in item level
Have you ever thought if using a foh pally to farm ancient tunnels? Usually what I would do at the start of ladder since they all undead

I would use the Paliden amulet at 9:11 over a low maras if that 8% got me to a break point... I would put that in my stash for sure.

I've played D2 way back 2002 played it nice game then after finishing the game I was able to use Shadow master creating charmes and stats

Those tele charges would have been nice for a low level barb that cant equip enigma yet.
