- Aqualung came into the game of dive computers in 2016 with their first entry level dive computer the Aqualung i300. Is it any good and what are the pros and cons of the i300?

i300C has bluetooth for updates and logs, this video is i300
does it work good for freediving?
How is the i300 doing readings? How does it know how much time I have left underwater? unless maybe there is a transmitter on the air tank?
The i300 isn't air integrated and only tracks your no decompression time.
does it have a backlight
Yeah the i300 has the backlight function!
Is the i300 display smaller or bigger than the Suunto Zoop Novo and the Mares Puck?
Both the Suunto Zoop Novo and the Mares Puck Pro have a bigger and better readable screen. They both have DOT matrix displays which the i300 does not have.
There appears to be a newer version of the i300, the i300C. It is shown in the AquaLung US website.
It seems like they added Bluetooth but as far as I can tell the rest of the computer stayed the same. It’s not out yet in Europe but when it is we will review it for sure!

Ah yes they added that as well. Always surprises me when they add that. Seems to me not that many people need it because the divers which do dive with multiple gases use a more expensive computer or make a plan with a dive planner.
