Fei Long was a great character in SSF2 Turbo, but requires expertise level to dominate him, his counter attacks and combos, not only against a human player but CPU.

Lo que esta haciendo al momento de cada pelea es FINTEAR es decir hacer golpes para esquivar o acercarse al oponente y el otro es PROYECTAR los golpes antes que el oponente ejecute su tecnica o golpes.

Where is the Hong Kong Flag of Feilong?
up until 1997, hong kong was under british rule. that's why you see the canton of the union jack on the top left of the flag. when ssf2t was released in 1994, capcom adhered to the correct flag at the time. in later games where fei long is present in the games, the flag of hong kong is shown post british rule.

The international versions of the game has different names balrog was bison but since his name was to close to mike Tyson they changed his name to balrog and what was Vega was changed to bison

You see M.Bison = Balrog, M Bison Is a reference to Mike Tyson but Capcom changed it America. So to tell you easily, In Japan (M.Bison is Balrog) (Balrog is Vega) and (Vega is M.bison)

As a serious video game player, I consider TAS to be a form of cheating.
If it can't be done without external tools, then it is cheating. If it can't be done on the real console, it is cheating. If its more of an exercise in hacking and complex understanding of cheat systems rather than practicing with human fingers, it is cheating. If it looks like keys are being hit so hard and fast that they would break a real computer while IN FACT the entire thing is a manipulation of save states, frame rates etc... it is cheating.
TAS is a form of cheating.
A really good video game player who can do no death speedruns of typical platformers is the real deal. If they TAS, they cheat. If its a really good player but he uses TAS once in a while, then once in a while he cheats (nothing inconsistent there).
