    TEMPLES IN BUR DUBAI
The neighbourhood of Bur Dubai is one of the oldest in the city. Generations of locals and expats, particularly Indians, have been a part of this community and witnessed it transform into one of the largest residential hubs in the city.
It was the preferred choice for many expats from the sub-continent and continues to retain its charm with both old-timers and new residents of the city. The growing number of expats in the area created a need for a Hindu Temple in Dubai.
The Bur Dubai temple has different prayer halls for devotees. There are also lots of stores around the neighbourhood that sell items used when offering prayers. There is also a dedicated place where devotees can place their footwear. Let’s take a closer look at the temples in Bur Dubai.
    1. SHREE KRISHNA HAVELI / SHRINATHJI TEMPLE
This temple in Bur Dubai, located on the top floor, is one of the main prayer halls for Hindus in Dubai. Devotees usually visit the Krishna Temple in Dubai at dawn or after sunset to offer prayers. Prayers take place throughout the day, but it’s usually after the aarti when devotees get the special prasad (offering).
    2. SHIVA TEMPLE
The Shiva temple in Bur Dubai, also on the top floor, is another place of worship visited by the Hindus in Dubai. They hold special events during occasions such as Shiv Ratri, one of the holy occasions honouring Lord Shiva.
    3. SHIRIDI SAI BABA MANDIR
This Bur Dubai temple is dedicated to devotees of Shiridi Sai Baba. Devotees of the saint from all across the city come here to offer prayers. Apart from the main deity, devotees can also worship the holy footprints in the temple.
All the temples have a large offertory where you can contribute.
    BUR DUBAI TEMPLES TIMINGS
The Bur Dubai temple is open every day of the week from 05:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you’d like to visit during the aarti, check the Bur Dubai temple darshan timings.
