@rockpadstudios, The Bible may have some value. But it is clearly being misused by the "governing body" of Jehovah's Witnesses. The levels of control those men have over the rank and file Jehovah’s Witnesses lives, doesn't appear to be what the Bible advocates. The Biblical text show the only person who has authority to govern Christians is Jesus. The "governing body" of Jehovah's Witnesses are charlatans.
How many magic books are out there? The Muslins have their magic book, Jews have the tora, etc. They all have the same fantastic stories and false promises. M,M,L, and John were written 25 years apart in that order and with each release the stories became more fantastic, we know nothing about who wrote them. Shocker John is the cornerstone of the Christian cults (John 3:16) and it only took them 100 years to get the con game right. They promise fantastic rewards to get you hooked and then "if you don't have blind faith" they threaten you with torture (burning hell/everlasting death). I was brainwash and it took the child abuse coverup to break my chains. G Jackson's ARC testimony was the final straw when he denied they were the only path to salvation. To just go back to old school Jesus worship is just going back to false promises.
