Don’t just visualize a future. Visualize a path to that future you desire. Before any of that you need to learn to love yourself. Practice discipline. Loving yourself will help you be disciplined enough to work on the things that will help you get to your goal. If you need to focus on learning new skills for a better paying job. If it is to be healthy and exercise. Eating good. Reading books to improve your mental health. It’s not one thing it’s many things but it all falls back to one thing loving yourself.

well, that's unfortunately the problem, you need to take action, no need to be big things, small steps yk, find your hobbies, things that make you feel great and fulfilled; it can be *literally* anything, these things by itself changes a lot of things and make you close to what you desire, and with the help of this habit, there you go. thank you so much lavendaire! if y'all don't mind, I have a question, does having negative feelings attract negative events? like now I am havin a hard time accepting that life can be negative and can throw curve balls at us, ever since I started believing in the law of attraction. every time something bad happens, I try to dismiss the situation and become toxic positive. idk I feel like when I do accept that diseases, bad events and poverty might find me as well, I would immediately attract such situations. I don't know if this can answer your questions. but i can relate to you too. when the negative feeling comes, it make me scare what if it will manifest and usually i fight it back to positive and it is drains me. but after that i have heard that the negative feeling or thoughts can not be realisation as long as we don't believe it even when we in low vibration. when the negative feeling comes, accept it, feel it and let go. i think it will be realisation when you think about it everyday everytime, which ever it positive or negative so it is in your hand to choose what do you want to think about everyday when you feel negative and think about negative thoughts, just tell your self to not believe it, "i aware of my thoughts. this thought won't manifest. this only from my past/ego." try to Believe that only what you want that will be manifest. and still do the healing process. um.. like, try to be not hard on yourself when the negative feelings/thoughts come. because from what I've heard we manifest what we are, what our energy are. and believe that we deserve to have whatever what we want. i'm still learning it too how to handle the negative feeling. maybe you can try to search the law of assumption. you are already doing great! best wishes for you✨💖
hey hey, i believe in it too, but smth i can say is: we still humans, negative emotions need to take a part of ourselves sometimes, experience the pain and it'll be gone shortly after, and with thoughts, let it pass, focusing on trying to dismiss it with positive thinking etc just make it worse, trust me, you *don't* manifest anything bad to you, because first of all, you don't want it, *even* with your mind is filled with intrusive thoughts. Try to focus on making yourself feel great and use your methods for manifesting, and enjoy.

Am I the only one who used to see a whole bunch things when my eyes closed but now I just see black. I used to visualize all the time, during school or before bed when I was a kid. But the more mature I got, the harder it got to visualize…
Try starting with small, simple images or ideas, and gradually build from there. Sometimes it helps to write down what you want to visualize or use guided meditation (you can find some in my channel!). Remember, it's a skill that takes time to develop, so be patient with yourself. Take care, and know that I'm cheering you on! 🌟
