It was beautiful out there. They have a bus service going all around the island, so you shouldn’t any issues driving Bertie around all the main roads. 😊
Hi Guys, I've caught a few of your videos recently and have enjoyed being with you on your travels. The music is quite good too. To enhance the enjoyment further, it would nice if you could pause when passing through places of interest, and maybe let us catch the village or junction name. Also when you are outside it appears that your mic is picking up what's happening at your feet clearer e.g. river sounds, than your dialogue. Inside the van appears fine. Otherwise, it's good stuff. Thank you for watching and for your comment George. I do sometimes add freeze frames to the videos but I will try to remember to do it more often. I really don’t know what happened to the sound on this trip. I think we may have to invest in some microphones before we go back to Scotland, rather than relying on the GoPro mics.
Thanks for the mention. We did love that park up and would have stayed there an extra night if we'd have had longer on the isle. We had the same issue with caravans at North Sannox I think it was. Lots of them so we didn't stay, which was a shame as it looked really beautiful. We stopped off at Glen Sannox too but didn't overnight. It's absolutely beautiful there, as was Lochranza, and the whole of the island really. Nice to get to see it again.
We also went back the following day to that park up where you stayed. Such a beautiful spot to stop to make a cup of coffee and sit and watch the birds. x
