I read Better than the movies and it is one of my favorite reads ever. It was super adorable.
Loving your book content! We really don’t have the same reading choices but that’s helped me get into some books I’d have never picked myself.

I really liked Book Lovers but what was missing for me was that it was supposed to be "enemy to lovers" but they were barely rivals at the start 😅
The trope in “Before We Were Strangers” is similar to in “Seven Days in June” by Tia Williams which you might love rach!!
I also read Book Lovers and Better Than The Movies in May and I really enjoyed them! My favourite reads of the month were Losing Hope and What If It's Us
just ordered losing hope!!! can’t wait
I wish I could read that many books in a month!! I only read 3 but two were 5 stars for me so well worth it.

My favourite of may was book lovers, I absolutely loved it 😍 my first Emily Henry book and now I'm about to go and buy them all 😂 also just picked up my first Sarah J Maas book for this month, excitedddd!
It's nice too see you like Book Lovers! I wanna read A Emily Henry very soon. A lot of people didn't like that book as much I've noticed.
I stopped reading ACOTAR. The plot was very good, but the smut scenes were a little too much for me.
Excellent video Rachel! There’s a collection of stories together called Stories From Quarantine, that the New York Times did showing perspectives of the lockdown from all around the world that I found amazing.
I loved ACOSF!! The friendship between Nesta, Emeri and Gwyn is my favourite part of this book!
I've just started the first ACOTOR book - the size of ACOSF is intimidating hahah
Hey Rachel! I hope this doesn’t offend anyone, specially you, but I just have a very genuine question about your religion or beliefs. If I’m not mistaken, you are Christian, right? Well, you start your video quoting the Bible and then proceed say you read an lgbtq+ book as if the religious book you just quoted didn’t say anything about homosexuality being forbidden by God himself. So I just found that very intriguing since they don’t really seem to be compatible ideas. But anyways, aside from that, I really enjoyed this video!

If you loved the found family in ACOTAR, read the Crescent City series by SJM. Or TOG. No one does found family like SJM.

totally agree with you on nesta...sadly never got into her character or story because i just didn't like the mean girl vibes of the character, even though sjm did her best to try and explain why she is the way she is. it's just not my type of character personally. but i LOVE the og trilogy and i'm really excited for elain's book.
I love Nesta so much, ACOSF actually made me really dislike Feyre and the way she treated Nesta’s PSTD

I recommend turtles all the way down by John Green!!! A friend of mine read it and then she told me that I HAD to read it!!! It’s a 5 star for me! It’s about a young woman navigating through life while having a ton of thoughts

I have the box set of the first 4 in ACOTAR series and did not know there was a new book!! Lol i think ive only read the first 2 though
The Raven and the Dove series! Fascinating magic system and creature system. World building was so good. Every chapter I felt like I was peeling away another layer to this universe. The last book just came out and it's already an insane ride! Also very minimal spice which is great for anyone not super into that and the characters are almost all loveable.

I highly recommend The Prison Healer Trilogy!! It is a YA Fantasy and the third book just got released. Also loved this video and seeing your reads this month

I just find it a little odd that you start your video with a bible quote. I guess if that’s your thing go for it, but it makes me feel a little uncomfortable being that your video did not signal that it was going to be at all religious.
all her videos start with a bible varse, i'm not religious but she's a christian youtuber that does talk about her faith here and there
her videos are not religious. I’m not sure why a quote would make you uncomfortable considering she doesn’t push any religion on you. its a few words for a few seconds, not really that deep
