    We used to fish the whirlpool 25 years ago. It was unbelievable fishing. I could never walk up that escarpment now. Many times I thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest climbing back up. Got a lot of trout and salon down there. Was always worth it. Gorgeous place to spend time.

      Always a great time fishing there, that hike is brutal and will definitely tire you out fast.

    Right on man, if we’re going to promote our fishery, then we have to promote its care. Glad the fish wasn’t wasted!

    What a surprise. Beautiful steelhead my friend. Niagara is a beautiful place, except the walk back to the car. Really enjoyed the video.

      The walk back is definitely tiring especially during a hot summer day. The Niagara is amazing, so much multi species potential, even if you get skunked it’s always a nice hike. Thank you for watching, Cheers!

    If you are ever considering releasing a steel head, try to refrain from taking it out of the water at all. They are not Hardy once they remove. No issue with keeping. Ive lesrned the hard way

    • @mattspence2059
      @mattspence2059  ปีที่แล้ว
