Why capacitor duty contactor 3phase looping with add on block
Ise demping resistor kahte hai.
Smooth switching karane ke liye ham log iska istemal karte hain Kyunki Jab capacitor start hota hai to Jyada current leta hai aise Mein capacitor aur contactor donon ko hi damage hone ka khata rahata hai. Ye ek heavy duty contactar hai jo ki bhut costly aata hai. Isliye jab contactor me jyada current paas karta hai us samay ye current ko resistor karta hai jisase contactar jyada current flow hone par kharab hone se bach jata hai

Sir hamare yaha 20 kvar reactor lagaya he aur out put me 20 kvar L & Tsuper heavy duty 480 capacitor lagaya he hya. Kya me L &T ke jagah koi dusra 480 v ya 525 volt capacitor laga sakte he kyu ki L & T ka capacitor mil nahi Raha he kya me epcos ka use kar sakta hu??? Pls reply

automatic mode pe relay se CDC ke A1 terminal pe direct connection nhi ho skti? qki CDC bhi contactor ke jesa hi to work karta h? agr hm capacitor bank lgate h to jis number ka relay on hoga us number ka CDC?
What if I have 4 capacitors how will I loop the A1 and A2 if the Mc and CDC Auxiliary

1 ans : apfc panel ka jo main incomer hai uske mccb ke output ke kisi bhi ek phase se MCB ka input. Le sakte ho.
Ans 2 : main electric panel ke output se apfc panel ko supply jata hai

Ek baar wiring check kar ke dekho. Kahi per bhul connection hoga. .Full load ka kam se kam 20% load rahne per hi capacitor bank automatically start hota hai

3 motor ( total 3 kw ) at no load ,
Meri apfc relay sahi work kr rhi he
But thodi der baad

Reactor k control wire ke bare mai nahi bole
Why CDC use...any special reason..why we cant use normal contactor
It's damping inrush current of capacitor। मतलब जब capicitor स्टार्ट होता है उस समय वह अधिक मात्रा में करंट लेता है जिससे capicitor और normal कॉन्टैक्टर जल्द ही खराब हो जाता है। cdc में damping resistor होता है जो inrush करंट को रोकता है जिससे capicitor और कॉन्टैक्टर कि लाइफ ज्यादा दिन तक रहती है।
