This is the best interview I ever seen about Taraji, deep meaningful and never know about her interesting life cause most of talk show especially night talk host always use easy unimportant question, who would've thought it came from Kelly Clarkson, she transform to be the best host out there.

I love how she talks about being a substitute teacher. When I was substituting a high school class a senior called me the b word. I withheld his chance to walk with the rest of his graduation class. Wait don't come for me. With his parents support I had to teach him the hard way how being disrespectful is not to be rewarded. He was able to attend his graduation with his family where they sat in the front row. Substituting is not easy.

So lucky of Taraji to have someone on the inside of the government spectrum. It solidifies the whole “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know” when applying for a GS job. I’ve been a government contractor for 12 years now and have been applying for a GS position for that long😭 I’m very good at what I do, however I am not a veteran nor a military spouse and constantly get passed over😔 Nonetheless, I will keep trying because just like Taraji say: Just because it’s a “no” for now, doesn’t mean it’s over🙂

Of course it doesn't stop at 50!! whatever told mainstream media that this unhealthy ideology is something they needed to spread is unnerving. I have stopped participating in viewing mainstream media to escape this very problem. It's helped my mental health so much since I am no longer seeing depressing things in my inbox every single day.
