If I start my preparation at home how to work on personality development and how to study at home

Sir mere childhood me my hand fracture ho gaya tha meri bone thodi si bahar aa gayi hai lekin me sare exercise kar leta hu aur carry angle bhi nahi hai kya mein nda ke liye fit hu ya nhi
I really have this question that does college matters? Or degree matters for cds exam? Would an open university candidate have the equal oppurtunity as a degree holder from a normal college if both have very high written exam score and both performed well in ssb tests?
Hahahah , Aryan Bhai I got same ppdt picture for IMA at 20 SSB bhopal on 30th January for same course. And even I saw A KACHCHUAA (🐢) , becoz I went to VAN VIHAR park , previous day!! Fr maine bagal Wale k ppdt sheet s dekha , aur 3 character, fr uskaa Action dekha aur EVACUATION bnaaya!! Somehow narrated my story doing necessary amendments after hearing story from first 4 candidates, thereby only and got screened in 😂😂
