i have a question for my university. is this the same if it asks to make with 74LS138 with a decoder 5 to 32?
Yes because 74LS138 is ic of 3:8 decoder

Hello mam why last decoder I mean for (A,B) why not used 3*8 decoder instead of 2*4 decoder because questions say used 3*8 decoder.

We can use 3x8 as well in that case one input and 4 unused output lines will be connected to ground
