@ I thought so, too! And he gave it to me because I mentioned that I like to make terrariums in all kinds of glass bottles. But I’m going to ask to look through the case, I’m just so curious if there’s any straight sides in the case now that I watched your video! I’m not sure if he knows what he’s got there! Thank you for your video!
I've been collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia for decades. I recently aquired an old original 24 bottle crate with bottles. I did check the dates on them. One was from 1920. Question that I have is .. 1 of them ONLY has a 4 for the date& looks older than the rest. Could it be 1904? Have you run across that?
What do you think about an ACL styled bottle, white printed 'coca-cola' on each side, and embossed patent info and 6.5 oz lettering under the print. I've never seen one like it? It's stamped 60-22, with no lettering on the bottom as well. I'm trying to figure a date for it. Thanks for the video!
We love watching your videos and learning about bottle collecting. Our problem is we can’t find any information on the prices of what bottles are worth. Any suggestions on books that have this information?
Interesting, but ( along with $$$ value) most folks I suspect, like me, are more interested in the PRODUCTION DATES on the bottles: dates bring back MEMORIES of childhood nostalgia and reference points in our lives. Just a suggestion for future videos.
I've collected bottles my whole youth, most are from the 40s to 1970s and I definitely have a lot of fascinating bottles ,I think the hardest to find bottle that I have is a 1950s PepsiCola glass bottle.
My grandfather collected these bottles and he has Hutchinson bottles sixth of them with the liquid still within I’d like to keep it but I’m wondering how much would people go for for at least one of these bottles
You would love my bottle collection.... I'd love to send you pictures.... And I've never bought any of my bottles they are all been found in the wild....😁
There was a time when i was younger that i had got into raiding old home place trash sites for bottles. I had lots of coke, RC, sun crest bottles. I also remember a lot of 7up bottles with a dancing girl on some of them. I never knew values. This was before the internet and when i sold my house i had so much stuff that i left the bottles behind in the barn. I also had several bleach jugs in all sizes both clear and brown glass. I was always interested in this stuff but like i say had no good sources to find out about it. I'm in TN by the way and do remember often times the drink bottles would say Douglas glass on them but not always.
I'm out in the Marianas Islands and I've found a coke bottle with no trake mark date, simply "TRADE MARK" and a date code "H 52" on the skirt. Nothing on the bottom of the bottle. Any ideas what I'm looking at?
Hey my friend,I just found a hobble skirt coca cola bottle buried in the sand at St Augustine Beach Florida in one of the dunes. Its actually stamped St Augustine FL on the bottom and I believe the mark on side says 52 00 or 52 30..I can't really tell on that..Its a 6oz bottle and its also stamped Trademark registered in U.S patent office..and also on center of bottom its stamped F with what looks to be a stamp that looks like the planet Saturn. Are you familiar with this particular bottle..
Digging 3 ft deep into the ground in my backyard last week(12/28/2023), I found a very unusual 10 FL OZ clear glass unembossed bottle with paper label (barcode 0-490370). I couldn't find the year. My house was built in 1946 w/ registered mayor reformed in early 80's. Anyone interested? I can send pictures.
I have a Red Race embossed bottle, says Salem Mo on the bottom. It's a little dirty, but in good shape. Never heard of it so I did some research. Any idea where I might find value if I sell it? Where do you find buys? I have more bottles. Do you sell stuff on consignment?
I happen to have almost all of the ones he mentioned as well as some that weren't that I believe should be 1961 Olympics I have several. It would take everyone's fingers that have viewed this video to count the bottles... I say that with confidence. Opened and unopened. Full and empty. Crates wooden anti and modern classic. I am planning to move and want to sell my whole collection. I also have other interesting older collectibles such as marbles and a few old tools, canes, etc. Would you be interested in looking? I'm in the chattanooga area but certainly could load in the truck and meet you. Want to sell as a whole if possible. Will gladly share some pics if you want to forward an email address.
