Question: what do you think YT wants from new creators before they start showing newbies? I mean if you start a new channel and put out there 3-4 videos you still not getting views. How many videos must be out there before getting views? Love the style of how you break down basics, simple, visible, and practical.
First of all, thanks for asking a meaningful question! From my experiments so far, the best option is to leverage of another existing audience (ideally you're own e.g. other channel or social media account).
Collaborations are tricky if you're still very small. You would have to look for similar sized channels, which if you think about it is not only hard but also not worth while since both channels are small.
The other tip that can work well is to target niche video topics with low competition. If you're main topics are too competitive, you should make lots of these smaller topic videos and switch to bigger topics once your channel is big enough (this is boring & slow but highly effective in getting higher quality subs).
I can probably talk all-day about this (definitely should turn this into a few videos)
