We help to countdown the opening of this brand new, interactive world, share the opening ceremony with you, complete with FIREWORKS and a special projection show, and also explore the ENTIRE LAND! We ride Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge and TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE, play all 3 interactive games with the Power-Up Band, breaking blocks and showing you how to win, and win the final challenge by saving the GOLDEN MUSHROOM, and show you all around at cool, interactive details, hidden "secret" areas and fun things you can do, the merchandise store the 1-Up Factory, and have a blast exploring Super Nintendo World at NIGHT for the first time ever! Enjoy exploring this brand new land at Universal Studios Hollywood and learn about this new world with us!

Nintendo World was awesome‼️ I was just there last Friday during pass-holder preview!! Did everything in there!! I got to film my video of the Mario Kart ride!!
It is so fun to watch Jackie interact with the characters. She lets her inner child run free which is so great.

This new land seems to be great and so well themed and tons of interactive activities but… how will it work with thousands of people all trying to do every single thing in there? Seems like a fun time but only because that night there were so few people, at least that is the impression that your video gave me, can’t imagine on a regular packed day how enjoyable this land will be.
So for now they are going to do virtual queues to enter the land once it hits capacity, which I imagine will be right away bc there’s so much anticipation for it. USH is kind of a small park but there are some attractions that hold a lot of guests like Water World and the Tram Tour, so theoretically guests can do other things while waiting for their allotted time. If they can control capacity to keep it enjoyable for everyone, that would be ideal. Will be interesting to see how it works.
Hey Jackie thanks for the reply!! And yeah I know what you mean, I was there last month and seems to be a really small Land overall so I would certainly hope Universal tries to keep small “groups” of people entering at the same time so that everyone can enjoy all the interactive activities otherwise this will be total chaos and will not be that enjoyable, now the issue I see with USH even tho they have those attractions you mentioned that hold a large number of people is that the “levels” of the park tend to crowd people even more and the bottom level kinda always feels like the most crowded in my opinion and Super Nintendo World happens to be right there at the bottom level so hopefully they have some good crowd strategies.
Welcome to my home Universal park! I was able to visit SNW during soft openings, and it is incredible. This really is the future of theme parks; fun, geeky, interactivity. I've never bought a Magic Band but I bought the Power Up band the first day.

Jackie and Sam in California, yes!! I loved that you guys got to experience Super Nintendo World, it's definitely a unique land and it looks surreal! I use to play Super Mario Bros on the Wii and to see the game being brought to life, hits the vibe check!

Yaaaassss! 😍Universal has been absolutely KILLING it these past few years. We've been watching USJ footage of Super Nintendo World since it opened last year; it's so surreal to think that we have a version of the land in the domestic US now, and another (even bigger) one coming soon at Epic Universe! So glad that you and Sam were able to make it out to the official opening. That opening ceremony with stage show, fireworks and the original pioneers of video gaming was next-level. Had no idea about the Li'l Boos that wander around the MarioKart queue! Good effort trying to hit the POW, too, you very nearly had it. 😂And we will never NOT breakdance to the SMB theme song! This video gets us _SO_ excited to experience this for ourselves on the next Cali visit sometime in 2024. Thanks so much for sharing, Jackie!

Jackie, I remember when Mario Bros came out on Nintendo. I played that game until I could run through the whole thing in one sitting. It has now turned into this with the backing of Universal. I really really really want to go to SNW Hollywood so bad! I am actually considering going in April so I can watch “The Super Mario Bros Movie” in theaters at CityWalk afterward.
We went to see Ant Man at the CityWalk Hollywood theater today, it was so fun, altho the CityWalk Orlando theater is so much bigger!

Unlocking areas is very on brand, but I worry how annoying it will be when it gets crowded.
Also: congrats on getting invited out!
Kind of like with Harry Potter on the Upper Lot, they do a nice job recreating an original area on something like HALF the land without losing much (I believe the Hollywood versions of Harry Potter and Nintendo are 6 acres and a little over 3 acres, respectively, when the originals are 11 acres in Florida and 9 acres in Japan)

Like always, you are an absolute breath of fresh air! This was the funnest, most joyous and in the moment video of this land I’ve seen! And you won the alarm clock Piranha game by yourself, I saw another vlogger claim they made history and were the first to do it alone but you did it alone the night before they did so you actually made history!
I am definitely going to Universal Studios Hollywood to see the Super Mario world attraction this year. I have been a Super Mario fan since 1985 when it came out as kid. And you guys are lucky to be there in person to see Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto of the opening of the Super Mario world attraction.
Totally worth it and it brings those childhood memories to life to be inside the world and breaking blocks! And it was such an honor to be there to see Mr. Miyamoto there as well!
I grew up on Mario, so seeing this is surreal.
And let’s not forget, this land will be coming to Florida with Epic Universe when it opens in 2025!
