NEW Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disney's Hollywood Studios! Full Experience + Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers!

- Roundup Rodeo BBQ has newly opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios and we were there for opening day to share the FULL EXPERIENCE with you, plus meeting Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, a brand new meet and greet! From the fun theming of being a toy in Andy's backyard rodeo, to the food, drinks, atmosphere and service, the fun moments when "Andy's coming!" and we all have to freeze, to Partysaurus Tex dance party and more! We also stroll around Hollywood Studios and see lots of characters including CHIP AND DALE RESCUE RANGERS!!! They are a BRAND NEW meet & greet in this park and they were so cute and funny! We also saw Donald and Daisy tending to the roses! We had a lot of fun and are glad to have you along, toys!

That moment you captured with the boy getting a high five from the army drummer was precious. What a great memory for him.

I was waiting for your review of this before I looked at anything and you did not disappoint. Your restaurant videos are always so well done and we enjoyed every moment, you had us laughing so much with your horse ride, you did a great job showcasing the food which all looked great and made me hungry, and you and Sam are a dynamic duo who work so well together. Toys story Woody and Jessie are my most favorites Disney characters this year I was a worker and a young girl with my great grandparents that month 1993 they had me in Orlando Disney and Disneyland just made my day with a birthday 🎂🎂 is today had a great fun time celebrate with some coffee ☕☕ and lots of Disney fun with me this is Jenna Dabao like and love ❤️😘🥰 the amazing Disney video so much you are a sweet and lovely person this year had super fun day

Oh wow … am I weird?? I cried at the part where Andy comes and everyone freezes! .. it’s so cute! I think it’s because my two boys were obsessed with Toy Story and I have great affection for it even though they are now in their 20‘s 😅 Can’t wait to try this out when we manage to get to Florida again ❤
You’re not weird, it’s incredibly cool and touching! I couldn’t believe everyone did it, not one person moved in the whole restaurant. What an awesome thing Disney did allowing that to happen!!
I love that this gives the vibes of the WDW I remember from the 90s - everything exuding joy! I'm also really pleased that they seem to be considering us vegetarians and plant-based eaters a lot more.

This looked like a well themed restaurant with a lot of foods offered. Glad that they have a toy story place where they offer little snippets of stories.
This is 100% cute. I don't know if the food was great quality, but i definitely think the atmosphere was on point.

Such a fun experience for you and Sam to experience the dinning in the Restaurant!! It’s so creative and so much detail in every room!! Each room had its own theme and I loved Little Bow Peep!! It was so cute! Lol 😂 loved Sam’s baaa of the sheep 😂!!! Families will definitely like eating there!! ❤️😊😊

Oh this looks like such a fun place to dine and I can't get over the immersion of being in the Toy Story world! A BBQ restaurant, I think fits very well into the land! I never knew Sam was left handed, I can relate lol.

The restaurant looked great and fun! It would be cool for there to be different "Andy is coming" scenarios besides the badge. I'm glad the food was solid. With heavily themed restaurants, sometimes the food isn't as good as the environment. The price seemed reasonable as well.

Howdy Jackie and Sam. Happy Friday. Everything looks Yummy in my Tummy. I'm on Team Sam with the Cheesecake. Daisy and Donald are so cute. How many times did Andy show up while you were eating? Chip and Dale are so Funny. It was 10 C here in Central Alberta and 30 C in Orlando yesterday. Keep having Fun on all your Adventures.

Your food reviews are always great. I'm not sure though if I would enjoy eating there. I kinda prefer something quieter, less visually overwhelming. As for the outdoor themed land, WDW really needs to create more shade spots that fit with the theme.
Totally, this is one of those “a lot going on” atmospheres, definitely not a quiet, intimate dining experience. Fun, but not for everyone for sure. And YES, the parks need more shade!!!!! They can make it fit, LEGO trees or something!

I don't know how we missed that this dining location was going to be sit-down with servers and assigned tables! The experience fits so well into Hollywood Studios. So cool that Toy Story land finally has a table service restaurant like this, and with the crazy amount of theming to boot (pun intended)! 😁The food looks really good, and the way that everyone freezes when Andy comes into the room is a nice touch. I don't know if we knew that you were not a fan of Cheesecake before today lol but good on you for trying everything, even if you don't like everything! That giant pen was too much 😂 Chip and Dale are such hams, they totally took over the vlog! Ch-ch-ch-chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers 🎵 Great video, can't wait to try this restaurant ourselves on a future visit!

Jackie we mean this from the bottom of our hearts. You really are the best on here. We loved this review so very much. We saw another video and was not impressed. After watching you and Sam and seeing so much more of the restaurant and food. Kay and I have decided to give this a try when we are there. We are now watching today's video at Universal and enjoying it immensely.
I think it's a nice sit down place that's a lot of fun and very "Disney"! There are soooo many restaurants within Disney World, and Orlando in general, that's it's tough to choose a few, but I think this one is a really fun one! Thank you and Kay for always being kind and supportive! Some days are harder than others, and whenever I see your comments, it uplifts me! Know that you make a difference with your kindness.

I feel that they should have a few different scenarios for Andy coming in his room to find something. Most likely the “event” will happen twice while you are eating and it would be nice if they had different loops.
I agree, I’m surprised they didn’t do that. Alternate at least two scenarios.

Ahhhh I can’t wait! Sooo glad to hear they have lots of vegetarian options. We’ve been vegetarian for over 10 yrs and most BBQ places don’t have lots of options.

I love fried pickles too, especially the spears type! When you go out to Las Vegas for the Univ horror experience, I recommend you to go to Beer Haus, which in my opinion has the best spear Fried Pickles ever
