It just start watching Girls meet World from shorts here yesterday and found it interesting.I don`t know Lucas,Maya,Riely or Joshua that much,but from the moment I saw Lucas,Maya and Riely,I started liking them for some reason,especially when Lucas and Maya are together.They look so good and I COULD FEEL THEIR DEEP BOND!Idk what so interesting Maya found in a guy like Joshua,who alone is Riely`s uncle,which in this sense its disgusting.Its not like I don`t like Josh,but why him?You know,thats what I don`t like Disney for some reason.When its a good couple that could have their relationship last longer,they somehow substitute for someone else for the protagonists.But man,the moment I saw Lucas and Maya,I knew that they are gonna be an item.I don`t even know this series and show that much,but at this moment I can`t get over the fact that Luamya broke up.They are so...Aw!😍🥺😥😭😞😤😡🤤😳😭

I think the real reason why he picked Riley is cos:
Riley = library, as in comfort, familiarity and something that most of us hold on it.
Maya = comp fire 🔥, as in adventure, something that's usual out of our comfort zone.
So what we often choose is familiarity.
Maya always steps back for Riley but when Riley steps back for a 2 days suddenly she is praised .Maya has always stepped back
this is so acurate. if riley hadn't been pushed by maya, she would've never had the guts to approach him on her own. lucas saw maya first. that's all I need to know. feels like the entire show is proof lucas and maya were meant to be.

years later and im older now. oh my gosh- so this whole show centers around riley and maya’s friendship, but in this situation riley was a really shitty friend. riley was so oblivious, throughout the whole show. she knew maya liked lucas and she liked him too. honestly if it was true friendship they’d put their feelings aside and just move on from lucas and honestly maya and lucas had something riley and him didn’t have. maya was always dealt the bad hand of cards. riley was practically oblivious and could never understand. riley got everything, a strong and supportive family, a home, an amazing best friend. maya didn’t really get much of that. i always liked maya more but the older i get the more you realize how not perfect their friendship was and how time after time maya never did anything for herself, it was always for riley. and she made maya feel like the only reason she wanted lucas is because she was turning into her. maya was growing up and growing into herself which meant dropping the rebellious act that was a result of trauma. riley is not as much of the good guy that the writers made her out to be. i have major respect for maya

this is like the situation i am in right now. my best friend likes this boy and i didn't at first because i was only friends with him. i would never thought of him like that but whenever he looked at me, he'd know by the tone or by my eyes my emotion. he understood me so well an always made me happy. we were so close i began falling for him, but my best friend and him are together. supporting them is all i can do, seeing them hold hands, kiss, hug, and always hang out. i always felt like he liked me back but if my best friend ever found out, it would ruin everything. so we kept a secretly from each other i guess. but thats fine, you have to accept things in life. time passes, so will emotions. hopefully

Because he went all awkward when maya thought that she was the one he loved (she was messing w him bcus she knew that he loved riley) and im honestly glad that rucas ended up being official, dont hate 😭
