  • Erny was the first person to feed us traditional Mauritian food in Mauritius and we we always support her owner run restaurant in Pereybere. There is so much to choose from on the menu including amazing fresh seafood but my favourite is the magic bowl, or upside bowl, or bowl reverse. It is a classic that you must try when you are in Mauritius

Rikki deserves a big clap for being brave in tackling the crushed green chilis. The food looks so appealing. Nice video depicting leisure time in Pereybere.

Love Bowl reverse. Simple dish but tasty. Miss the local food. Will surely try this place when I come back to Mauritius. All Mauritians knows at least three languages (English, French & Creole). 650MRU for the Calamari and Bowl reverse including the fish, that's a bargain.

We are going to Pereybere in about a week. Is there anything we must think about when it comes to the restrictions?

Ironically. I had Covid a year ago and no fever at all. I still don't have my taste and smell back, I would guess it's about 50% finally!

Wow!! all that food for under $8. Well you guys are getting more popular because the naysayers have found you! They don't even watch the videos but go along giving thumbs down as videos are released or as they find them. There was nothing to give a thumbs down to except maybe her never getting to be at home. Poor lady :(
