This storyline is just so horrific and harrowing that it truly felt less of a soap storyline.
But at least now Phelan is rotting in hell - I can just about picture Phelan being the one chained in a cellar and suffering the same kind of ordeal than he inflicted upon Andy.
Now that I and pretty much everyone else would love to have seen: "What goes around comes around to the absolute scum who make themselves no different to the likes of Hitler and god-knows-what other inhuman monsters they're are on this planet!".

Not really, andy had stockholm syndrome at that point he was both so terrified of pat that it made him think of him as a friend, the brain does strange things when you’re in captivity

Disagree. He might have not liked Andy in the beginning, but when it came to it Pat realised he didn’t want to kill him. Perhaps it was the result of spending so much time with him
