Yeah, this series has some really good animation and fights in it. And it's a pretty old anime by now too. Also, there's some definite mood whiplash at times as well. The manga also shows MUCH more of what goes on (including the carnage)
This a pure fun show, I’ll say, yes it generic Isekai but the show knows it and that make it really fun To me is a power fantasy with the right amount of comedy.
