I love your recipes . One thing I want to ask is that you should keep it easy like what was the purpose of sprinkling salt inside egg plant and then put masala in them when you can mix salt In masala then put it inside egg plant or I m mistaken ?

Kindly roast the " khaskhas " separately and then wash it by the help of stainer . They have lots of soil in it :) your all recipes are so good .
