How do you use the mail function? I thought you could email photos directly to the frame but Ive watched 2 presentations and they don't include this function. Thanks in advance

good review but do have question - my mother is in nursing home & would not be able to get to the frame from where she sits. IF we had it set up from the beginning to do a slideshow, when members of the family send a photo to add, it looked like she would have to do something to get it incorporated? Did I see that correctly OR could the new photos that are sent just automatically add to the slideshow that she had on the frame? Thanks for clarifying before we decide to buy -
Do you have any tips or tricks on how to make and then keep the picture orientation on individual pictures straight -- when upon upload they are upside down or sideways to the left or right? Have tried and tried the gallery and the rotate function, but even after doing that, some pictures rotate back to being where they were originally. This happens regardless of whether the frame itself is in portrait or landscape mode. Bottom line: Is there a way to lock it in permanently? Thanks in advance for any help.
We received one as a gift. Noticed that tbe servers for transfering files via the app are in China. Wondering if that is a security issue.

How can I fix the pictures that the heads doesn't get cut off?
Thanks for the review/instructions! I am confused with regards to sending emails w pics: does the "To" have to include the device name as (myname)+ device # (device # in caps?)? And again, in "Subject": it's "bd" + device # - just the device number in caps only or the device name such as in the "To" line? I've tried many combinations, but no luck.
Shouldn't the frame come with an email or phone number for contacting customer service?
Which digital picture frame has a normal fade mode? After testing several photo frames, I have not been able to find this feature anywhere.
what is the battery life when you unplug it ?
I can't find any reviews that show the slideshow interval ranges. I'm trying to find a frame that I can perhaps change the intervals to hourly because if they change way too frequently then the frame just becomes a distraction because there's always movement in the corner of the eye.
Yeah, It looks like the you can only go up to 1 minute for this one.

I am trying to send pics via emails to my Frames (I have 3) and none of the Frames are accepting my emails. Can you help?
I was very interested until you showed us to go from pictures to video, it had to be manually changed. I was thinking of my in-laws, sending them pictures and videos of their great grandkids but they're barely able to get out of s chair.
It would be perfect if it recognized next up and changed to the format needed.

I agree. This is disappointing. I think it would be great to see some still pictures then all of a sudden see someone waving or moving.
my frame cant be start because to conecto with muy iphone ask for the id of the frame and it said null. if any one can help me here i will be soo glad.
I tried sending the right address but it did not exist
My screen keeps turning off after roughly five minutes. I've changed every setting and even restored factory settings. It seems like it's going into "hibernation mode". It's not turning completely off but the screen goes black. Any ideas?
